Nov 13, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– Following a brief visit by a military delegation led by the Minister of Defense and Veteran Affairs, Gen. Kuol Manyang Juuk, Juba has sent another delegation led by Deng Alor Kuol, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
According to our sources in DR Congo, Alor has arrived today on Sunday, and he is expected to stay in Kinshasa for at least 7 days.

The long mission is expected to work out many areas where the two countries failed to reach agreements on in the last two weeks including border security, deportation of SPLA-IO soldiers and travel ban on SPLM/A(IO) leadership.
According to Agence de Presse République démocratique du Congo the head of the South Sudanese diplomacy will profit from his stay in Kinshasa to talk with his Congolese counterpart on the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Mr. Deng, who arrived in Kinshasa after the visit of the South Sudanese Defense Minister at the beginning of the week, was welcomed at the N’djili International Airport by the South Sudanese Ambassador to the DRC.
The two are expected to persuade the Kabila government on many bilateral relations and also to deliberate on how the two countries can help Kabila to smoothly extend his term in office beyond December 19th, 2016.
In earlier reports the Defense Minister, Kuol Manyang, requested the Congolese government to facilitate deportation of over 700 fights of SPLA-IO in DRC, however, the Congolese turned it down saying that DRC has no budget and besides has its own civil war and an upcoming election to interfere in another country’s affairs.
Should Kabila extend his term in office, he would be the second president after Burundi’s President to have extended his term in office within the last two years.
While South Sudan has not held elections since its independent in 2011, Sudan and Uganda, which held elections in the last two years have retained their long terms presidents, Mr. Omar Hassan el Bashir and Yoweri Museveni, respectively.
The region is gearing towards dictatorship as Kenyan President, Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta, is being accused by the main opposition part leader, Raila Odinga, of making unilateral decisions that are against Kenyan constitution.
