November 12th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – Plane caring controversial Nigerian self-proclaimed prophet TB Joshua has touched down at Juba International Airport, sources in Juba told the Nyamilepedia this afternoon.
South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit reportedly invited the controversial religious figure for prayers at J1 over peace and reconciliation in the world’s youngest nation.
Kiir’s spokesman Ateny Wek Ateny confirmed on Monday that Joshua whose full name is Temitope Balogun Joshua, televangelist and philanthropist would arrive in the country on Tuesday to hold prayers at Kiir’s office J1.
“The plane caring TB Joshua has touched down now,” a source in Juba who was in the airport to welcome the pastor said. “He would go – I think – directly to the presidential palace for the prayers.”
Kiir signed a peace agreement with opposition groups in September last but its implementation if facing difficulties as the parties are lacking the political will needed for its smooth implementation according to the regional bloc, IGAD.
