Jan 17, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —— South Sudan’s former Vice President, Chairman and Commander in Chief of the SPLM/ SPLA in Opposition, Dr. Riek Machar Teny, has Appointed Cde Suliman Ali Dandara Dakota, as SPLM/ SPLA (IO) Representative to Libya, with effect from January 17th, 2017.
Prior to this appointment, Suliman has held the position of Director of Information and Public Relations for the SPLM/SPLA(IO) in Arab Republic of Egypt.
Within the last few weeks Machar has reshuffled his political wing and appointed representatives to many countries including Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia and United Kingdoms.
