LEAKED: Pfizer Purchase Agreement reveals manufacturer doubts efficacy of own vaccine

July 28, 2021 – Pfizer-BioNTech, the American manufacturer of the Pfizer covid-19 vaccine, doubts its own product’s efficacy according to a leaked agreement seen by Nyamilepedia.

Multiple sections and sub-sections of the document released Wednesday reveal that the efforts to manufacture the vaccine were inspirational and a desperate race to find a solution to the coronavirus pandemic.

“Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Pfizer’s efforts to develop and manufacture the products are inspirational in nature and subject to significant risks and uncertainties,” a subsection (i) of section 1.54 reads.

“The fact that any other drug or vaccine to prevent, treat, or cure COVID-19 infection is successfully developed or granted authorization earlier than the granting of Authorization for the Product shall not change the current situation of urgent needs for prevention of the spread of the COVID-19 infection that poses serious threats and harmful effects on the lives and health of the general public,” reads subsection (ii) of the agreement.

According to the agreement that well-placed sources say was aggressively protected by Pfizer-BioNTech, the vaccine manufacturer feigns ignorance of the possible repercussions that may arise as a result of administering the shot. The company puts it more explicitly in Section 5.5 of the agreement.

“Purchaser acknowledges that the Vaccine or materials related to the Vaccine, and their components and constituent materials are being rapidly developed due to the emergency circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to be studied after provision of Vaccine to the purchaser under this agreement,” it says.

“Purchaser further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects that are not currently known. Further, to the extent applicable, Purchaser acknowledges that the Product shall not be serialized,” the same section of the agreement adds.

Unlike other vaccines delivered by the COVAX facility, under the Pfizer purchase agreement, the order and acquisition of the vaccine are irreversible under any circumstances.

On 7^th July, media reports indicated that Pfizer was superlatively ineffective against the Delta Variant which has seen the second and third waves of infection around the world.

The content of the Agreement between the manufacturer and the purchaser is a warning short to countries that are contemplating the acquisition of the vaccine, including South Sudan.
