July 27, 2021 — South Sudan president, Salva Kiir Mayardit, has today met with a delegation from the United United led by American political leaders and businessmen.
According to the statement seen by Nyamilepedia, Kiir and the diplomats discussed a range of investment opportunities in South Sudan for the American Business Community.
The delegates also proposed ways on how the two countries can strengthen their bilateral relations.
According to presidential press unit, the delegation expressed their desire to work with South Sudan to develop its rich resources and to create jobs and businesses for the people of South Sudan.
The President and the American delegation also discussed ways to create an environment that will attract businesses to come to South Sudan.
In attendance were, the Minister of Presidential Affairs Hon. Dr. Barnaba Marial Benjamin, Presidential Special Envoy Ambassador Albino M. Aboug, Deputy Executive Director in the Office of the President Hon. Thiik Kiir Mayardit.
