December 2nd 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – Intelligence chiefs from Uganda, Sudan and South Sudan will meet next week in Entebbe to discuss the implementation of South Sudan’s security arrangements, sources with knowledge told the Nyamilepedia this morning.
Speaking to Nyamilepedia from the Sudanese capital Khartoum this morning, a security sources with knowledge said General Abu Bakr Mustafa, the head of Sudan’s General Intelligence, will travel on Sunday to Kampala where he will join his counterparts from South Sudan and Ugandan.
“The Director of the General Intelligence Gen. Abu Bakr Mustafa will travel to Uganda’s capital Kampala on Sunday, 8th December where he will join his counterparts from South Sudan and Uganda,” the source said on condition of anonymity.
“The meeting will discuss the implementation of the security arrangement in South Sudan especially the reunification and training of the opposition and government forces,” the source added.
A South Sudan government official said the director of South Sudan’s Internal Security Bureau (ISB) General Akol Koor would travel – along with the director of military intelligence Ring Tueny Mabor – to Kampala on Saturday ahead of the meeting expected on Monday.
