July 27, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– In a strict confidential report, President Salva Kiir ordered the army to shoot down uncleared aircraft including those of the United Nations and other NGOs in the country.

“As per the commander in chief (C-in-C) directives I am hereby directing you to immediately shoot down any uncleared aircraft hovering on South Sudan airspace” The Order begins.

“Don’t spare any aircraft bearing UN symbols on the suspected airspace” Directive continued.

According to analysts the motive of these latest directives is to prevent Machar and his generals from leaving the country and also to cut him short of supplies from any the UN, friends and foreign countries.

Gen. Malong has also ordered his troops to seal off Machar from the borders to prevent him from escaping the country by land.

Legitimacy of the Documents

Although government officials have tried to refute the legitimacy of the documents, similar documents bearing the same signature and official stamps- like this document – were issued in the past by the Chief of General Staff, Gen. Paul Malong Awan.

In addition, these documents have many similarities including the tone of authority, official seals, dates, length and clarity.

The organization and formatting of the documents also show that the documents are written by a junior official or professional writer who bears more allegiance and respect to the seat of authority, in this case to the office of  the Tchief of general staff.

A reminder to leaders of Talaban, Kirr and Malong that South Sudan does not belong to you. War rhetoric will not bring back peace in the country, and remember South Sudanese are ready for full scale war, just wait and see.
