Dec 09, 2016(Nyamilepedia)Â ——- A confidential report from South Sudan army headquarters, Bilpham, alleged that a group of army generals who are loyal to Jieng Council of Elders and army Chief, Gen. Paul Malong Awan, have ordered an immediate arrest of Deputy Chief of General Staff for Logistic, Lt. Gen. Thomas Cirilo.
The leaked report alleges that intelligence surveillance are under way to ensure Gen. Thomas Cirilo is arrested with no resistance or otherwise he will be killed.
“The orders is that if Gen. Thomas Cirilo resist the arrest he will be immediately kill. The defeat of government militias in Equatoria are being blamed on Gen. Thomas, who’s accused of collaborating with the rebels.” Reads part of the leaked report.

Gen. Thomase Cirilo has been on the news since 2014 as he attempts to fight back against land grabbing in Central Equatoria demanding that no government official should occupy Equatoria land without obtaining it legally from the right owners.
The report alleges that as war continues in Equatoria, Gen. Cirilo has been accused of supplying rebels with weapons and ammunitions which has put him under tough travel measures within and outside the country.
The report accused the Jieng Council of Elders of supporting war against Equatoria and see Gen. Cirilo as a possible obstacle in weighing a full scale war against Equatoria.
When President Salva Kiir left the country this morning, JCE and their loyal senior generals took control and decided to spy on Gen. Cirilo with intention to arrest him before President Salva Kiir returns.
“As part of the preparations to commit Genocide on the people of Equatoria, the government decided to conduct the arrest after the departure of President Salva Kiir to Ethiopia to avoid any blames on the President.” The insider alleges.
“Some security agents were sent to spy on him and the number of troops and weapons he is having” The leaked report states.
Although independent medias could not verify these allegations, President Salva Kiir and some members of the Jieng Council of Elders have threatened war on Equatoria in recent past in response to current skirmishes along the main roads and major towns in Central, Eastern and Western Equatoria states.
