May 4th 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – South Sudan’s National Security Services have arrested the head of the KASS security company in the nation’s capital Juba after reportedly summoning him for questioning and expelling his driver who accompanied him to the National Security Headquarters in Juba last week.
Kerbino Wol, the head of the security company, hails from Tonj County of the former Warrap state.
Sources told the Nyamilepedia that Kerbino was arrested after reportedly have been asked by the National Security to disclose around seven shareholders of the company which Kerbino refused to disclose.
“The National Security last month asked him [Kerbino] to disclose seven shareholders. The national security believe that some people who are against the state are being accommodated by the company, but he refused because the company regulations doesn’t allow that unless through legal procedures,” he said.
The KASS is a South Sudanese security company that provides human and technological resources in guarding important institutions and big businesses and began operation in 2010. It is based in the national capital Juba.
