According to Al-Burhan, Hamdok and his wife are now free human beings but the security organs will closely monitor their activities.

Yesterday morning Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan said he was together with Abdallah Hamdok at his home assuring the public that nothing would harm him as he is heavily guarded by national security.

Prime Minister Hamdok was overthrown on Monday, 25th of October 2021 by military component but despite all these developments some of the political forces in Sudan clarified their position saying the military coup will just add fuel on fire and as such they won’t recognize it whatsoever.
