Former spokesman for Dr. Lam’s NDM leaves group, politics over ‘family concerns’

April 9th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – A former opposition spokesman for the National Democratic Movement (NDM) led by Dr. Lam Akol Ajawin has said he is quitting politics on family groups.

Mut Turuk who is also the group’s Secretary for Legal Affairs said last week in a statement seen by the Nyamilepedia that he was informing the “public and, in particular, members of the National Democratic Movement (NDM) that from today, I am quitting politics with immediate effect.”

He expressed his gratefulness for the Lam’s NDM leadership over “the trust vested upon me during my time in the NDM.” This morning, he told the Nyamilepedia that he has left the group and the politics over ‘family concerns’.
