Wau, Western Bahr El-Ghazal State,
October 20, 2021—A father of newly born quadruplets in Wau hospital of Western Bar El Ghazal State, whose wife gave birth last week, appeals for humanitarian assistance to raise his little bundles of joy.
The quadruplets were born four days ago to a 21 year-old mother identified as Achai Garang.
According to the information received from their family, the parents have no ability to raise the two boys and two girls since their dad lost his job last year.
“These kids now are in need of help with milk and other basic need; their mom too,” John Ujuan Majok told Eye Radio.
Majok confirmed that his contract ended in 2020 but since then, he has been unable to get for himself another job.
“I am doing nothing here and I have no money to travel to Wau,” Majok said.
It is not the first time for Quadruplets to be born in South Sudan, last June a woman identified as Nyanjok Dut gave birth to Quadruplets in Rumbek, also two girls and two boys.
