Fangak Community in United States elects new chairman

June 12th 2018 (Nyamilepedia) – The Fangak Community in the United States of America (USA) have elected a new chairman during general elections held on Sunday in Ames, Iowa state, members of the electrol committee told the Nyamilepedia in a brief letter Tuesday.

The electoral committee said in the letter that the incumbent chairman was elected for a second term.

“The electoral commissions were canonical and declared that Mr. Kuol Thialiew Dagiew aka “Kuar Fangak” has been re-elected by Fangak Community in America for the 2nd terms in office, the statement said.

The statement pointed out that the president-elect will appoint his cabinet including the vice president and to also appoint people to other important positions.

“Mr. President will appoint his cabinets including his “vice president” and others  distinguished cabinets,” the statement read in part.

The statement added that the electoral committee was very happy to announce the winner.

“The electoral commissions were happy, and contented with the outcome of election, and pleased to congratulate Mr. President Kuol Thialiew aka” Kuar Fangak ” for being trusted by Fangak Community members in America and elected him for the 2nd times,and wishing him the best in his office,” the statement added.

Fangak community are members of the Gawaar-Nuer sub-community and they geographically live in Fangak, a county in the Upper Nile region’s defunct Jonglei State.
