Jan 2, 2021(Nyamilepedia) — The governor of Eastern equatorial state, Gen. Louis lobong Lojore, on Tuesday issued an order firing the chairperson of the State Investment Corporation of Kapoeta town, Mr. Martin Ngoya Lorika.
The order was read out by the newly appointed press secretary in the office of the governor, Aliandro Lotok on the state-owned radio, 97.5 FM, on Tuesday evening during the news bulletin.
“I, Louis Lobong Lojore, Governor of Eastern Equatoria State do hereby issue this executive order for the relieve of Mr. martin Ngoya Lorika as chairperson of the State Investment Corporation of Kapoeta town issued under my hand and the seal of Eastern Equatoria State, this 29th day of December in the year 2020 A.D,” the order read in part.
However, the decree did not state the reason for the firing.
Mr. Martin Ngoya Lorika was appointed to the position of chairperson of the State Investment Corporation of Kapoeta town in July this year.
Immediately after reading the decree releasing, Mr. Lorika, the Eastern Equatoria State press secretary read another decree appointing Titus Lokwachuma Loteam in the position.
“I, Louis Lobong Lojore, Governor of Eastern Equatoria State do hereby issue this executive order for the appointment of Mr. Titus Lokwachuma Loteam as chairperson of the State Investment Corporation of Kapoeta town.”
Titus Lokwachuma Loteam, was the former finance minister in the now-defunct Kapoeta state.
The orders both came into effect on 29th December 2020.
