October 19th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – South Sudan’s opposition leader Dr. Lam Akol Ajawin will return to Juba today from Addis Ababa, a statement by his group said.
Lawrence David Lual, the spokesman of the National Democratic Movement (NDM) led by Dr. Akol told the Nyamilepedia separately that Akol had been invited to Addis Ababa by the Unied Nations Security Council (UNSC) which is visiting the country on Sunday.
“The Chairman of the National Democratic Movement (NDM) and the Secretary General of South Sudan Opposition Alliance (SSOA) Dr. Lam Akol Ajawin will arrive to Juba today Saturday the 19th October 2019,” a statement signed by Lual said.
“The Chairman is traveling in response to an invitation from the UN Security Council to meet the signatories of the Peace Agreement signed on 12th September 2018.
“It’s to be recalled that members of the Security Council will arrive Juba tomorrow Sunday, the 20th October 2019.”
