Boasting that he is from the Pujulu tribe, the Minister of cabinet affairs is worried that the corruption and money laundering allegations, which forced the Kenyan Anti-Corruption court to freeze his bank accounts in June this year, have damaged his reputation in his community and therefore, he must take the matter to the international court of law.

Speaking after winning the court case, Lomuro threatened to take the United States, as well as social media activists, to unidentified international court for tarnishing his image before his community.

“I will take the US to the international court of law and no one should threaten me. I know who I am nobody has some riffraff’s around threatening me no. I have community and I can’t be ashamed in front of [them]” Lomuro told the City Review, a local online media.

According to Mr. Elia, his community has a story of liberation and there is no history in the Pujulu community where a leader has been accused of theft and as the chairman of his community he must observe such standards.

“My community has a history of liberation and there is no history in the Pugulu community where a leader has been accused of theft. I am the chairman of the community and I must maintain that standard and I will take on anybody including the US believe me,” Elia said.

The South Sudanese official, who is the first of his kind to be dragged to court in the neighboring country over corruption and money laundering allegations, calls on the “cyber criminals and social media terrorists” to consult the law or else he will deal with them.

“And those cybercriminals and social media terrorists should consult the law…if you publicize my name for political gains, you should know that I will be hereafter you.” He threatens.

Elia also warns his political rivals and social media users, who “celebrated the ARA allegations”, to update their records that he is no longer wanted for financial crimes.

“For my political foes, cybercriminals, and social media terrorists who celebrated the ARA allegations against me, update your records that I have nothing to do with money laundering, corruption, and financial criminal or otherwise” he warned.

“The intention of the non-UN neocolonialist sanctions is to damage my personal reputation and my political career beyond repair,” he added.

It remains to be verified which part of the U.S.  Hon. Elia wants to take to court, where and how; however, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs has had a number of scandals trending on social media that range from extra-marital affairs to academic background verification.
