Dec 15, 2020(Nyamilepedia) – Latest reports from the office of the First Vice President, Dr. Riek Machar Teny, announced that the planned “Upper Nile Conference” has been postponed until further notice.
According to the short statement, the conference is being postponed due to delay in arrangments that were aimed to host about 500 delegates from Upper Nile State.
“The Office of the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan hereby informs the people of Upper Nile State and the public in general that, the planned “Upper Nile Conference” scheduled for 16th to 19th December 2020 has been postponed due delays in preparation arrangements,” the statement reads, adding that a new date shall be set and communicated.
