Sudanese mediation under the auspices of the Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir unveiled last week a peace plan for the South Sudanese parties negotiating peace agreement in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
the peace agreement proposed that the country be administered on the basis of 21 colonial districts as the temporal South Sudan states until a proposed border commission address the issue of the states.
Other South Sudan opposition leaders, Gabriel Changson Lew, the leader of the South Sudan opposition Alliance and Deng Alor Kuol of the SPLM Former Detainees among others are also attending the talks.
