August 17, 2020 (Nyamilepedia) – A boat carrying a good number of cattle has sank into the river Nile this evening, according to several sources in Bor Town.

“There is a businessman in Bor. That man he put many cows in one board and on the way as they leave Juba, the boat sank. No one died among the people accompanying the cattle,” one source told Nyamilepedia from Bor town.

Another source confirmed the incident and said “the businessman tried to cut short the distance from Bor to Juba, but he could not make it.”

“All the cows and people who were on board, fallen onto the Jonglei water between Jalle Payam and Bor town around 5 PM.”
