November 1st 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – Almost $100,000 has gone missing in President Salva Kiir’s office, a source with knowledge has told the Nyamilepedia this afternoon.

The source said the money went missing on Monday under mysterious circumstances.

“About 89 thousand US dollars have gone missing in the office of the president,” the source who declined to be named told the Nyamilepedia Friday. “It happened on Monday and a search is ongoing.”

The loss of such a huge sum of money is not the first of its kind in the office of the president.

In March 2013, around six millions USD were stolen by unknown individuals in the office of the President. An investigation committee never made its findings public.

In 2015, a huge amount in dollar and South Sudanese Pound went missing but arrests were made this time but the president pardoned some following court indictment.
