August 1, 2020 (Nyamilepedia) – Three children have been slaughtered in Rock City, a neighborhood in South Sudan’s capital Juba after their mother left for a nearby clinic to collect some medication, sources with direct knowledge have told Nyamilepedia.
“There is an incident which just happened this evening. The incident occurred in Rock city just opposite the Cambridge School. Three children were slaughtered using a knife,” one source said on phone from Juba.
“Their mother of the girls aged 3, 5, and 7 years, respectively, left them watching TV at home and went to a nearby clinic to get her some medication. Upon her return home, she found all 3 girls were slaughtered in cold blood,” another source told Nyamilepedia.
Police sources told Nyamilepedia separately that they were looking for the culprit and that investigations have been opened and were underway.
