WHO THE HELL IS SALVA KIIR THREATENS WAR IF OPPOSITION FAILS TO DENOUNCE VIOLENCE AND THE PROPOSED NATIONAL DIALOGUE WITH WHOM AND FOR WHAT?

“We cannot make peace with our friends, but always we make peace with our enemies.”

“Peace will not return without a comprehensive and inclusive representation and participation of Dr. Machar’s IO that now control over 80% of the countryside throughout South Sudan”.

“All the newly defectors from Juba have got only two choices either to become I-O or I-G, but there will be no centrist force or third army with unclear and unknown intentions.”

March 20, 2017(Nyamilepedia) ——- Taban Deng Gai betrayal of Dr. Machar is equivalent to the betrayal of Jesus Christ, the King of Jews, by Judius Escargot with only 30 pieces of Silver and a kiss on the cheek in the Garden of Gethsemane before his tormentors.

BARAK OBAMA’S WAR OR NEO-SCRAMBLE IN SOUH SUDAN

Salva Kiir’s regime targeted the Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part in the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide and beyond. The US President Barak Obama, the most powerful man on the planet-Earth kept silent, aloof, naiveté and fell like nothing has really happened in South Sudan. The mid-December 2013 Nuer Genocide has been hidden by the US and its biased and prejudiced media. It will go down in history that it was the first African-American President and Dr. Suzan Rice the National Security Council (NSC) Advisor in the White House (WH) and the former US Secretary of State John Kerry that perpetrated the ongoing treacherous tribal warfare or as if as a civil war or ethnicities warfare as a natural phenomenon sign of a failed state that has moved from political instability moved to stateless to statelessness.

This unprecedented situation followed demised of homogeneous Somalia in the Horn of Africa in the aftermath of the fall of the General Mohamed Sayiad Barre in Mogadishu, Somalia, in 1992 and then followed by the premature US intervention in Somalia under the pretext of humanitarian assistance. Africa’s youngest state was pre-destined as a pre-born and a pre-failed state in South Sudan. To qualify and to quantify this statement, it did not mean that there were no highly qualified and experienced cadres or personalities to get the job done right and make comprehensive and inclusive progress institutionalizing the strategic and socio-economic takeoff in the State, but they were deliberately and willfully excluded because if feared they if were to be in the system they would all go against corruption as the real causative of the ongoing concurrent political development throughout South Sudan.

THE PROPOSED NATIONAL DIALOGUE

The proposed National Dialogue has been neither Salva Kiir’s original idea, but he borrowed it or plagiarized it from Sudanese President Field Marshal Hassan Omer Hassan Al-Bashir National Dialogue and National Unity, to end the armed rebellion, reconciliation and forgiveness to resolve national problems more than a year plus ago for National Dialogue with JEM rebels’ led by Jubril Ibrahim Khalil, SRF led by General Abdul Aziz El-Hilo and Yasser Arman and the SPLA-N led by General Malik Agar. What is the agenda for Dialogue if there could be Dialogue at all? There would never ever be open forum on the proposed National Dialogue.

The incumbent problems facing South Sudan have been so deeply entrenched issues that if not properly strategically and analytically addressed and resolved could further lead to national disintegration and national disunification. In fact, even if these pending problems were to be addressed and resolved, South Sudan would not become the same forever because of the crimes of genocide committed by Salva Kiir’s criminal, ethnocentric (tribalist), undemocratic, barbaric and genocidal regime in Juba and beyond. The regime has created a ‘man-famine and a ‘man-made’ war in South Sudan for its benefits. We urge and appeal to all donor countries not to offer financial support to the proposed National Dialogue because it moves in a vicious cycle, will not produce, peace, reconciliation and forgiveness, national unity, and national integration before as a prerequisite to cessation of hostilities on the ground nor will it resolve the concurrent unprecedented catastrophic situation with catastrophic results in this failed Africa’s youngest sate in South Sudan.

WHO’S SALVA KIIR TO PARADON DR. RIEK MCHAR?

Who the hell is Salva Kiir to pardon Dr. Riek Machar in South Sudan if he denounces violence and on what ground? Who started the violence- was it Machar’s or Salva Kiir’s madness Under Alcoholic under the influence mentality or behavior? It was not Dr. Machar’s that perpetrated violence. Rather, it was assuredly Salva Kiir that started the violence. Salva Kiir got to be kidding because it was not Dr. Riek Machar that perpetrated violence in the mid-December 2013 up to this time. It has been solely Salva Kiir as the illegitimate President and his fake and Lucifer’s so-called FVP Taban Deng Gai that nobody accepts as the FVP within the entire Nuer Community. He’s a devil of the third kind and money lover. Naturally, he (Taban Deng) has been perceived as Lucifer’s of the third kind. We categorically rejected any calls to pardon Dr. Machar’s because he’s no coward to accept any pardon from science stupid Jieng, idiot, child and woman killer, and the prototype Adolph Hitler’s and Joseph Stalin in South Sudan compared to the Nazis Germany that out rightly to deal with the Jewish Question in Occupied Europe during the WWII Holocaust (1939-1945). Rome the Heart land of Catholicism also participated effectively in the extermination of the Jews as a “final solution” in whole or in part. In South Sudan, the Catholic Church and the all Protestants Churches said nothing about the genocide that occurred and sill goes on throughout South Sudan.

Its Salva Kiir’s that needed to be pardoned for the things that he had done, which he ought not to have done. The Dinka leaders have committed dangerous, heinous, and vicious crimes against humanity that even in the Nazi’s Holocaust, the 1994 Rwanda Genocide against Tutsi and other genocides around the world. The Dinka have completed introduced cannibalism, devilish rituals as follows:- forced some Nuer people at gun point to eat roasted human flash; rapped women and girls and killed them after their sexual ordeals; forced people to drink human blood; burned children and women in the houses; killed women in child’s labor, castrated young men and committed sodomy. If the Dinka assumed that they would scare the Nuer, they got to be kidding. They should reckon that they would have to pay for such criminal acts in both short and long run.

IO categorically rejected any pardon from Salva Kiir. The war will continue until he will be defeated. It’s only a matter of time; he will exit Juba like the UK exits the EU. We have not been fighting for the states, but to oust Salva Kiir from power by any means necessary. The Dinka dictator-for-life Salva Kiir would have to realize that a guerilla is like a fish in a pound and no matter what he does and where he goes, we know his whereabouts 24/7 and we will surely get him dead or alive. South Sudan will have only ten states (10). But the illusionary 21 and 34 states proposed by Machar and Salva Kiir, they would have to be dismantled a priori peace can return to South Sudan. South Sudan will remain ten (10) states and no more. All the so-called 34 states created by Kiir’s would have to be scrapped because they are illegal and unconstitutional.

The people of South Sudan should reckon that Greater Upper Nile region with all old inherited political boundaries will cede from South Sudan to become an autonomous region like Kurdistan Iraq and Somalia Punt Land in Harigisa and will declare the exercise of the right to self- determination within 12-month o become an independent and sovereign state. Surely, exits of the Greater Upper Nile region from South Sudan could also introduce ‘population engineering’ proposed by Salva Kiir’s regime, which could become in turn disadvantageous to the Dinka migrants throughout the Greater Upper Nile region. Hey would be faced with deportations to Greater Bahr-el-Ghazel region or to be put in camps awaiting deportations to anywhere outside Greater Upper Nile region jurisdiction.

CONNING KING HASSAN VI OF MOROCCO WITH MILLIONS OF DOLLARS

Most importantly, we urge and appeal to the Monarchy of Hassan VI of Morocco to stop funding and payments for the construction of the so-called South Sudan New Capital in Ramchel located in unsuitable swamp marshes only good for the wildlife and the scarce and elusive White Rhino’s traditional habitat in Unity State. The proposed New Capital City has been unilaterally assumed by Salva and Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohamed Hassan Al-Hagg Sidiq). Without the shadow of a doubt, Ramchel will not become the future Capital of South Sudan could become Ayod, Gadiang, Yuai or Malakal as the historic capital City of South Sudan until it was removed to Juba in 1948 by the British colonial government swamp barons have been proposed by the and any of the aforesaid locations could become the future Capital of South Sudan. The Capital City should be in the centre and no in the peripheral like in Juba. Without the shadow of a doubt, Salva Kiir and Taban Deng waned to steal from the King of Morocco and they should be charged with the Grand Theft.

Furthermore, we urge and appeal to the Spanish-Iranian businessman seeking oil investments in South Sudan to remain out because he could become the biggest loser and could not allow himself and the former French Foreign Minister Kirchner to abundant the plan rather than taking risks but to skip the plan now until the war is over because they could become disappointed at the end of the palaver in South Sudan. Oil is produced from Unity State and what on earth the refinery should be built in Warrap the poorest of the poor states? No, Nuer ethnicity would accept the idea of building refinery in Warrap instead of Unity State. The Spanish-Iranian oil tycoon should just quit the plan because it would not work now or in the foreseeable future. It could breed more bloodshed and the Twic Dinka knows this pretty well that relations between them and the Nuer folks would not be same forever for the things that hey have done, which they ought not to have done. We will be committed to fight this plan with the tooth and nail because our resources could not be siphoned or transferred to develop out archenemies. We will fight back pretty soon.

Warrap does not have any oilfields and gas fields and it would be ridiculous to pipeline the Black gold (oil) from Unity State to Warrap Sate. The people of Bentiu should reckon that Angelina Machar, Dr. Machar and Taban Deng have been fully responsible for what Salva Kiir is claiming in Unity State for the sake of positions that come and go like a wind blowing from any directions. They should be charged with the “Grand Theft” for whereabouts of more than US$200m stolen from the PRC China plus 40-70 buildings in Nairobi, Kenya.

Assuredly, No Nuer people would allow this to occur, but only over their dead bodies. Therefore, we warn foreigners to keep off before it’s too late. This war will take many years ahead until the Dinks will be defeated and signs a surrender or an armistice with the Nuer and to plead guilty of the crime of genocide it has committed against the innocent Nuer civilians; population in the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide and beyond. No matter what happens, how long this war goes on or takes, the Nuer nation and its resilient people has the capacity and the ability to avenge all the things that Dinka have done, which they ought not to have done.

Although Salva Kiir assumes that the so-called proposed National Dialogue will get underway in early March 2017 with aims of ending the ongoing treacherous conflict, tribal warfare or as if a civil war or ethnicities warfare, to resolving all grievances of South Sudanese people and to restore their faith in government, to open forum at which all issues affecting South Sudan be addressed and resolved, and gives stern warning to those who failed to adhere to the voice of peace, he has already declared the final act of the Commissioners’ and Governors warfare.

All these proposals are all fake, atypical political statements, unrealistic, un-holistic and presumptuous without any logical reasoning and reasonableness. President Kiir has forgotten that he has committed genocide the gravest and the greatest crimes against humanity in South Sudan. Therefore, whatsoever he says is not correct, but the biggest lies ever told and strategic plan to swindle money from different donor countries for his own benefit and his cronies. Whatsoever he says, has been mere deception, manipulating and maneuvering. Conclusively, there will be no National Dialogue in the foreseeable future or in the years ahead.

In December 2016 in the after math of the deliberate and willful genocide committed the Nuer civilians’ population by the regime, it turned around to propose for a National Dialogue that will takeoff for reconciliation and forgiveness with whom and for what? There are pro-regime elements that would welcome this proposal of national Dialogue, but overwhelmingly majority of the armed opposition will not be ready to submit to a wicked regime in Juba. We are more than determined to intensify the armed struggle to defeat the regime in Juba.

We have also learned that Makuei Lueth with his usual hanky pinkies, Zero sum arrogance, impulsively, said he, that “no rebel groups that did not lay down its arms to be welcomed on the table for a comprehensive and inclusive National Dialogue.” With whom is he going to negotiate without the rebel with grievances against the failed Jieng led regime? In the quest for peace, we do negotiate with enemies, but not with friends. This would tantamount to surrender to the Jieng that never ever in history defeated our forefathers and the contemporary Nuer leaders. Well, Juba knows and underscores that no rebel forces under duress to surrender if the conditions to participate in the Proposed National Dialogue have been based on surrendered and disarmament. The armed rebels groups should all abstain from participating from this incomprehensive and exclusive National Dialogue.

We will provide the readers with more reasons as to why National Dialogue is not necessary at this time and as long as Salva Kiir and his cronies’ still lingering around and fully remained in power in Juba, it would be imperatively impractical, if not impossible, to attain any viable, significant and achievable National Dialogue. Even if a ‘neutral’ party were to be appointed to conduct it, it would become redundant; fruitless likes a fig tree that cannot bear fruits. The SPLA-IO rebels will continue with the intensification of the armed struggle against Salva Kiir’s regime. This is the bottom line.

Let’s assume hypothetically that Dr. Machar’s still have faith in Salva Kiir recalling the last events on Friday, 8 July 2016 that failed the broker peace by the IGAD and IGAD plus countries, he would have to do it alone. If, he were to do it alone, that could be the end of Dr. Machar’’s lame duck leadership that already has disgusted, shocked, disenchanted, and betrayed and politically destroyed by his brother-in-law Taban Deng Gai and his Madam Angelina Teny’s laboring hard to become the replacement of her husband in case of any eventuality a position that she does not deserve because of lack of qualifications and experience. The political and the military leadership, this time around, would have to move from Bentiu to Jonglei and Upper Nile States where their population have already fought and control over 80% of South Sudan’s countryside. The people of Unity State- that is the hometown of Dr. Machar- remained docile, collaborators, loyalists to Salva Kiir’s regime with little exceptionalism to be cited.

The notorious Dinka General Kuol Manyang Juuk boasted that the war could take only three days for the Nuer to be defeated, disseminated and annihilated to become history and statistics like the Native Americans and the Aborigines in Australia, the Euro-Jews by the Nazi Germany during the Second World War (1939-1945); the Armenian Genocide by the Young Turks (1915-1920) that up to this day Turkey has not yet acknowledged as a crime against humanity; Saddam Hussein’s regime genocide and gassed the Kurds in Kurdistan-Iraq in northern Iraq; the Herero (Ovambo) and the Nama Genocide by Kaiser’s Germany notorious Lt.-General Lothar Van Thortha (1904-1908); and the 1994 Rwanda Genocide against Tutsi minority by the Hutus’ majority in Kigali, Rwanda. There are also many genocides committed in international system that we could illustrate all of them in this work.

THE DINKA BOR WAR

The war has elapsed 4-year and the Dinka have made no dent or headway against the Nuer nation and its resilient people in despite of importing foreign fighters or troopers from the IGAD and some of the IGAD plus Countries under the Uganda’s flag. Well, the Dinka have misread history and we wished they consulted with the British that the Nuer resisted for over 30- year against colonialism in Sudan and South Sudan in particular.

Historically, the Nuer remained the only outstanding ethnicity that was not conquered or surrendered to the British suzerainty or the British colonial rule, domination, oppression, and exploitation in Anglo-phone Africa and the world at large. Assuredly, the Nuer will resist the so-called Jieng Elder Council (JCE) [Dinka] until it will be defeated sooner rather than later. We would suggest to Kuol Manyang Juuk that he should start in advance to chew, to swallow and to digest his ugly and dirty remarks about the Nuer nation and its resilient people. The Nuer will prevail like their forefathers prevailed against the British colonial rule. The Nuer will rule South Sudan as long as they wish and the Dinka this time around would have to follow and to repent for the crimes that they committed not only against the Nuer nation, its brave and courageous people in the mid-December 2013 above and beyond, but also other nationalities.

The USA- my New Country- that I have served as a US Army veteran that has prided it to be a democracy and champion of human rights that it factored in its foreign policy agenda and the Universal Declaration of the 30 Articles on human rights (Cungni nathdial wiec moun) failed in South Sudan. The question that the Nuer people would like to probe to the international community is pretty simple: why the international community kept silent on South Sudan genocide compared to other genocides around the world? The Nuer nation and its resilient people have the guts and gusto to resist, to defend, and to protect itself from domestic and external archenemies alike. The JCE should know and underscore that it has aggressed a great and brave people that have the capacity and the capability of fighting back or sucking it to the so-called JCE. There will neither be defeat nor surrender to the JCE ever and this mission will be accomplished with greater certainty and security.

My great and sincere message to all those Nuer folks that have decided or opted to follow Lucifer’s Taban Deng, the illegitimate FVP of the illegitimate, criminal, dictatorial, ethnocentric (tribal) regime, they should reckon that they followed the wrong track or recourse and that they have become a lost cause. They are going to suffer for pursuing this wrongful, unprecedented provoked decision-making. The so-called JCE should reckon and know that this war will not stop before it reaches the gateway to Warrap and Aweil, respectively, to experience the same destruction and heavy collateral damages that the Touc Special Militias and the SPLA have committed in the Greater Upper Nile, Equatoria and Western Bahr-el-Ghazal regions and no matter how long the war takes, no matter who stops it, no matter who breaks the peace, the destruction of Warrap and Aweil are eminent, inevitable, and could not be forsaken like the Jieng destroyed the Greater Upper Nile, Equatoria and Western Bahr-el-Ghazal regions.

The Nuer nation and its resilient people will undertake surgical operations against any Jieng that allied with the criminal, barbaric, dictatorial and genocidal Salva Kiir’s regime in Juba. There will be no forgiveness at all, because we will pursue social justice, democracy, equality and peace that breed social justice and social justice that breed peace and the culture of peace. We would have nothing to do or enmity with innocent civilian Dinka folks who are also the victims of Salva Kiir’s regime because it recruited their children to die for a lost cause under a grand false premise of Dinka supremacy, domination, oppression and exploitation of other nationalities in Africa’s youngest state. We would like to inform every mother, father, wives or widowers who have missed their loved ones in Actions, that they trekked northwards and they would discover many of their loved ones working in the bricks mines and farms laborers or house boys (kadamni) in Sudan because they escaped from their stations of assignments or otherwise known in the military jargon “Absent without leave” (AWOL). They deserted the SPLA-IG because of fear of being killed like so many of their comrades that Juba would not tell their parents by the ferocious Nuer White Army and its regulars throughout the Greater Upper Nile region. This is the bottom line.

The Opposition armed groups agenda is loud and clear- that’s it commitment to the peace process, permanent, and durable peace as proposed by the JCE that lack legitimacy and the political will for the rapidly peace implementation of the 2015 Peace Agreement signed by Dr. Machar and Salva Kiir, respectively. The superimposition of (Taban Deng Gai) Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg Sadiq as the First Vice President impended any progress to the implementation of the said Agreement. Without the shadow of the doubt, that peace has collapsed on Salva Kiir’s establishment of 28-34 states in South Sudan whereas, it stipulated only ten (10) states, and the final nail on the coffin on peace process was nailed on it on Friday, 8 July 2016. It should be declared dead and gone with the wind. As long as the IGAD and the IGAD Countries with vested interests or conflict of interests in South Sudan would not include Dr. Riek Machar and his team effectively with all rights and privileges and to listen to their demands, it would also be another waste of energy, money and time in resolving South Sudan conflict. Alternatively, leaving South conflict unresolved, would assuredly make the Horn of Africa and beyond to become a real geopolitical and geo-strategic “hot potato” or “hot Spot” like Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, and beyond.

Realistically, what left now is the maintenance of the regime by force in order to extend or perpetuate the illegitimate lifespan of the regime and the utilization of useless elements of the former defectors of the SPLA-IO in the regime as human shields for their own protection and survival whilst being paid lip services to implementation of the peace agreement by the regime in Juba. Furthermore, constant gross human rights violations, and crimes against humanity committed by the regime’s security forces, and the looming hunger throughout South Sudan that threaten more than 5 million plus lives in the war affected areas in Africa’s youngest failed state.

Nevertheless, the opposition will not subscribe to peace, but only through ‘strength’, but not in ‘weakness’ as the best method for the other side of the aisle to understand and to capture the true meaning of peaceful co-existence, cultural diversity, and that no single tribe that can build a nation on its own terms in South Sudan. Surely, the Dinka would regret this act now and in the foreseeable future. We hope they will read the story of the mouse and the cat that mousses agreed unanimously to do such that they could hear the cat when it comes to seek the mouse for dinner. Nevertheless, they never thought thoroughly and intelligently on who will put the bell on the cat’s neck?

Most IGAD and IGAD plus countries that have gotten involved fighting for Salva Kiir, including the Arab Republic of Egypt (ARE) aerial bombardments against the innocent civilians’ population on the UNMISS compound that hosted more than 40,000 people mostly women, children and elderly in Wau-Shilluk- the UMISS IDPs compound with its Russian made Antonov and Jet fighters. These unprecedented catastrophic dangerous aerial assaults or bombardments resulted in the loss of human lives, displacement of the population from their habitats and burnt villages, including human beings burnt alive in their traditional huts without any probable causes to die unfortunate deaths in the hand of the Egyptian pilots. How would they feel if they were to bomb and kill Egyptians women, children and the elderly? We urge and appeal to the Egyptian Government to rethink critically hard on its conspicuous involvement in the domestic affairs of South Sudan. We will not forgive or forget this crime committed by Egypt against our people. Salva Kiir will eventually go and South Sudan will remain as it is. What would Egypt achieve in this war? It will give Egypt negative frame of reference (worldview), but shame the greatest shame. We would neither give Egypt any room nor Observer Status like it was accorded such a privilege and a role on the table in the previously IGAD negotiated peace settlement and conflict resolution to end the chronic North-South Sudan chronic, the longest and the most forgotten war in Africa and the world at large. Certainly, Egypt has unilaterally decided to take side instead of being neutral. Therefore, it has become a foe, but not a friend. We can only sit down with friends, but with enemies.

In despite of Egypt involvement in South Sudan, we are optimistic we will never surrender to the Jieng only over dead bodies. Nevertheless, we would make the Jieng regret the unprovoked aggression against a stronger, fragile and ferociously fighting Nuer ethnicity. This war will not end sooner because there will be no conceivable way forward. Any future negotiations could end in a deadlock. We would be ready for peace, but we do know in our guts and gusto that peace will come to South Sudan only and only through strength, but never in weakness. What does Egypt hope to gain in this negative complicated ordeal at the end of the day? If the future goal prospectus for Egypt would be to reconstruct the unfinished Jonglei Canal, that would be as a ‘no-go.’

We are prepared to file a lawsuit against CCI failure in the past to give huge compensations for lost of lives, wildlife and environmental collateral damage that the CCI, France, had created. We hope to file the case soon in the French’s Court system to demand social justice, compensation for the destruction of the environment committed by the CCI in Jonglei State. We will advance advise Egypt to keep off of any idea of reconstruction of the Jonglei Canal because it would tantamount to the declaration of war that we are ever ready to fight. Egypt should reckon that fighting in South Sudan would not be like its past involvement in South Yemen and other perpetrated wars by Egypt in the Middle East.

THE QUEST FOR PEACE

“Bless are peace makers for they shall be called the children of God” (Mathew 5:8). Egypt has a country engulfed with many chronic problems from economics, politics, social relations and race relations to religion-Islam vs. Christianity and traditional African religions – has unilaterally opted to fight for the dictator-for-life Salva Kiir in South Sudan. How many Egyptians really know that their shaky government has been cowardly bombing UNMISS compounds where so many children, women and the elderly have been settled for protection under the UN Charter? Whoever misled Egypt to get involved in South Sudan has been bloody wrong in deed. Egypt should think about the future.

As I see it from where I sit, President Abdul Fatah al-Assisi of Egypt has a pretty darker cloud hovering over his head and unless he subscribes to making democratic change or democratic reforms, it is inevitable that Egypt will undergo another social revolution that the Egyptian President should be prepared to face its unprecedented catastrophic consequences similar to the illegitimate President Salva Kiir known to be as a child and a woman killer, savage, primitive, alcoholic, and the Adolph Hitler of South Sudan. We are pretty sure that there will be another inevitable uprising in Egypt and South Sudan or to put it bluntly another social revolution similar to Tunisia, Libya, and Egypt, both leaders have been already predestined to go either dead or alive or be forced to self-exile like the former dictator of Tunisia dictator Ben Ali now living luxuriously in Saudi Arabia.

As for Salva Kiir, it will be a matter of death or life because even President Yuri Museveni of Uganda who misled him to start the war against the fragile and ferociously fighting Nuer ethnicity, will not welcome him (Salva Kiir) into Uganda because that would agitate more and more troubles. He would prefer for Salva Kiir to go saint elsewhere rather than Uganda and neither Kenya nor Ethiopia would also permit him to enter their territorial lands for fear of more further more problems against them.

There is a devil in the system of Salva Kiir that he had left part of its in the White House during his visit with President Obama in the White in the aftermath of genocide committed against 20,000 to 10,000 plus innocent souls by the Twic Special Militia under the direct command of Salva Kiir and his notorious Chief of Staff Paul Malong Awan. We would say that any leaders like King Hassan VI visit to South Sudan were pretty bad and some of the devil has been taken to the King’s palace in Rabat, Morocco. My warning to both Washington, Cairo and Rabat would be to do whatsoever it takes to remove Salva Kiir’s devil from their midst for it will make more troubles for them indefinitely. We would like Salva Kiir and his external supporters know that when the time comes for the Nuer to declare war to avenge the dead Nuer ethnicity in Juba in the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide, therefore, South Sudan will be shocked and trembled. We will sooner rather than latter ever be ready to declare a total war against the Twic Dinka, the Dinka leaders will tremble. It will happen and it’s only a matter of time.

In international law, the absent of peace is war, and war is the absent of peace. If we want peace, we should be prepared for war and if want peace, we should also be prepared for war”. No reasonable humankind on the planet would be anti-peace. The world and Africa should reckon that the Nuer nation and its resilient people has every right guaranteed them by International law and God’s given rights to serve, to defend and to protect its community from any internal or external archenemies, molestation and aggressions for our own very survival. The Nuer nation believes that it was aggressed for the sake of power, money and control by the Dinka. Therefore, we have no choice but to return the challenge and there would be no forgiveness as they did in the Greater Upper Nile, Equatoria, and Western Bahr-el-Ghazal regions.

The Nuer will restore their honor, dignity and the humiliations done them in cold blood by the Jieng (Dinka) or kuany (slaves) Dinka. Surely, we will do twice as much far worse compared to what they have done, which they ought not have done what they have done until they would feel the pinch twice as much in their skins, souls, spirits, and we would make many of them to become IDPs and refugees that would not ever think of returning to South Sudan forever. No Nuer will forgive and forget the Dinka aggression on the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide that has really put a wedge between the Dinka-Nuer relations forever lasting. It does not mean a thing if we have peace or not in South Sudan, the Dinka allied to Salva Kiir’s regime would feel the pinch twice as much. The Bible teaches us that do not return evil with evil, but always with good. This would not be the case between the Nuer and the Dinka. We will have no forgiveness for any Dinka because there is no good Dinka except a dead Dinka and they will die like rates sooner rather than later. This is a given reality. The whole South Sudan has become anti-Dinka. With whom shall they live with? The population engineering proposed by Salva Kiir would be disproportionately and disadvantageously placed all the Dinka Migrants population in the Greater Upper Nile region in greater jeopardy than ever before. They would all become landless to landlessness. For example, the Bor Dinka would have to cross the White Nile o Alliab and the rest would be collected and transferred to Greater Bahr-el-Ghazal.

The power elites should undergo strategic thinking about the future of the Dinka nationality in South Sudan. Surely, the Equatorians, the Chollo (Shilluk), the Feritet and the Nuers who are the real cousins of the Dinka, including other non-Dinka tribes would not forgive the Dinka for the crimes that they committed against humanity within so short lifespan throughout South Sudan. We hope and trust that the Dinka should realize the Newton Law of Gravity that “To every action, there is equal opposite reaction.”

In all social relations, you do well, you did it for yourself, if you do badly, and you did it for yourself. The Dinka did not think about Sir Newton’s Laws of Gravity and the social relations amongst different nationalities in a culturally diverse society comprises of sixty-four (64) different nationalities that have nothing in common except that they have been glued and amalgamated to be one heterogeneous country by the British swamp barons during the heydays of colonialism and the historical developments in South Sudan. It’s now about time for the Dinka power elite to ask themselves about all the things that they have done, which they ought not to have done to Nuer nation, the strongest and potentially the richest in natural resources- oilfields, gas field, huge hectares of agricultural lands, wildlife and fisheries, sufficient waters and the most industrious humankind and above all has got a highly young intellectuals, professionals, and artists power elite in South Sudan. Shame, shame, and shame indeed that the Dinka power elites failed to followed up the universal rules of democracy for the future and the present.

We have reckoned the Dinka politics and we will avenge it no matter how it takes and no matter what may be the costs, we will avenge it and will pass on the torch to children’s children and to their children’s children and the future generations forever. What they Dinka did will, surely, diminish any prospects for reconciliation, forgiveness and good relations and will disproportionately discourage intermarriages amongst the Nuer and the Dinka. This will be an everlasting enmity until the Judgment Day.

In the Holy Bible, the Torah, the Holy Qur’an (Koran) and the Nuer Religion in accordance with the greatest Nuer Prophets: Nyundeng the father of Gwok Nyundeng of the Lou Nuer murdered by the British in 1929 before the end of the Nuer Revolution against the British colonial rule in the 1930, Dwal Dieu the son of Deng Leakah of the Garwaar Nuer, and Nyrauch Kulang (NyaKulang) of Jagai Nuer in modern oil rich Liech (Unity State), including the modern Nuer Prophets all of them have prophesized or foretold the ongoing events not only in South Sudan, but throughout the Horn of Africa’s region and the world at large. There is a big war simmering in the Middle East otherwise known in the Ezekiel’s War or the Armageddon and its heat will hit the Horn of Africa and beyond.

First and foremost of all, I am neither a theologian, but a bona fide scholar that has studied the Holy Bible, the Holy Koran, and the Torah (Talmud) and other comparative worldly religions, including my own Nuer Religion for the sake of knowledge qua knowledge in which I have discovered no differences at all, with Judaic-Christian-Islamic-Nuer religions. They all shared the same principles that that there is one God that loves all humankind, that humanity is one in despite of its different skinned pigmentations, and that all people are created equal without any distinctions…etc. and the racists, neo-Fascists and the neo-Nazis have been devils that God, Allah and Kuoth Nhial in Nuer implanted within humanity’s midst.

The Book of Daniel 9:27 informs us that there will on the world’s scene a man of supernatural power who, Daniels says, “… shall destroy many in their prosperity” (Daniel: 8: 25). This man will come out of the European Union (EU) and will try to resolve the Arab-Israeli conflict or dispute now raging on in the Middle East. This EU personality will make a covenant with Israel for seven years, guaranteeing them safety and protection as a nation. The EU political orator and charismatic personality in Scripture is called the Anti-Christ, “the son of perdition-” meaning-the Satan’s chief son (Thess.2.3). When the events of Ezekiel 38 occur, the nation of Israel had a covenant with the political leader of the EU, who is the head of the European Union.

Whilst the Egyptian Government got involved in South Sudan domestic affairs in support of an already established outgoing rag-tag regime in Juba, al-Abdul Fatah al-Assisi of Egypt has been sitting on a hot seat compared to Salva Kiir. Based on what I do know and everyone else does, including the Egyptians themselves, they will sooner rather than latter deal with an unprecedented uprising with catastrophic consequences of social revolution that could surpass the last social revolution otherwise known as the Arab Spring or the Arab Streets that spread rapidly throughout the region like wild fires and that created apprehensions in which simultaneously produced the acute political developments in Tunisia, Libya, and Egypt respectively. This was the Afro-Arab social revolution that otherwise overthrown the longest pro-Western dictatorships and brought democratic change in North Africa. Surely, democratic change will emerge in South Sudan, therefore, there should be despaired or discouraged because Salva Kiir and his renegades, henchmen, and corrupt leaders would be bound to go or to be dethroned through the people’s power in Juba and through the intensification of the arms struggle.

The armed opposition-IO- will strive assiduously to achieve peace and the culture of peace that breeds social justice and social justices that breeds peace only through strength, but not in weakness. Nevertheless, we have got a con-committed agenda as pre-requisites to be met first by the criminal, barbaric, dictatorial and genocidal regime in Juba. Because we have already drawn that Juba does not have the political will and commitment to the implementation of 2015 Peace Agreement brokered or struck by the IGAD mediators. We will not reveal such pre-requisites until further notice. Nevertheless, as a pre-requisite, Salva Kiir must and ought to know that he (Salva Kiir) should honorably and gracefully should resign or to step down from power because the terms mandated to him by the people have expired. Prophet Nyundeng gave the Dinka leader only and only eight- year (8) to lead, but he would stand up to destroy the South before he could be defeated for good and that would be the end of the Dinka to lead or to rule in South Sudan. This is going to become a terrible and dangerous legacy. Without the occurrence of this event, anyone that wags his tail to make peace in South Sudan is negatively like an empty gourd or a pot of water with a hole on it. Certainly, there will be no negotiations and there will be no peace in South Sudan unless Salva Kiir, Dr. Riek Machar and Taban Geng (alas Mohamed Hassan Al-Hagg Sadiq) they resign or step down and to stand trials on the crime of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the regime in the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide and beyond. This is the bottom line.

The Opposition will utilize its military might to defeat the Jieng by any means necessary. The Nuer nation is the real “Black Israel” in Africa and nobody could dare to tear it apart. The IGAD and IGAD plus Countries could not be involved in any peace process because of conflict of interests. They would have to be kept out this time around.

What do you know folks; the war has been Obama’s war or Obama’s neo-scramble in South Sudan. It has been a prelude to regional war that is now simmering or looming not only in South Sudan, but throughout the entire Horn of Africa. The mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide was perpetrated against the Nuer ethnicity by Salva Kiir was with duly full knowledge of the US President Barak Obama that invited Salva Kiir to the White House (WH) in the nation’s Capital Washington, DC, immediately in the aftermath of the crime of genocide committed in South Sudan. The US President Barak Obama elusive invitation of Salva Kiir as a child, a woman, and the elderly killer to the White House was a shame and travesty to American democracy and its pretentious human rights policy incorporated into the US foreign policy agenda by the US President Jimmy Carter’s White House era. The US should have boycotted Salva Kiir by any means necessary because has been a criminal, murderer, Stalinist, Marxist-Leninist, oligarchic, a Soviet and one-party state. Nevertheless, Dr. Suzan Rice the former NSC boss in the White House and former US Ambassador to the UN and well-known anti-Sudan and her lobbyists colleagues have deceived the US Congress on many issues that could have been prevented in South Sudan if the truth was told about the deeply rooted tribal politics and roles played by President Yuri Museveni of Uganda priori to on 12 December 2013 when the Ugandan troops landed in South Sudan soil in and around Juba.

Verily, verily, I say unto you all the Nuer people; that you should know that what the US President First African-American did turn to become our worst enemy compared to the British colonialists that our forefathers resisted for 30-year and that they neither surrendered or conquered to submit to the British suzerainty nor defeated the Nuer nor conquered them in despite of the crime of genocide committed against the Nuer people and gassed them with Mustard Gas and Nerves Gas agents (1915-1920) as a payback or a collective punishment of anti-colonial resistance and the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade as if it were organized, implemented and committed by the Nuer nation even though no Nuer people participated in this shameful and lucrative business of human trafficking. Historically, The Guardian Newspaper reported that the British Government tested these deadly two gases agents against the Anglo-Indian troops at this period. I have checked them out and confirmed facts- findings. The Nuer was used as good guinea pigs because they resisted the British colonial rule and anything that was British in Southern Sudan and the Nuerland in particular. The British failed to conquer the Nuer people and this was an outstanding achievement for our forefathers and the present generation of the Nuer nation and its people. History is in our favor and Salva Kiir and his cronies to underscore and to acknowledge this piece of history the Dinka [Jieng] never had in South Sudan.

Of course, the Nuer murdered Captain Dr. Ferguson in Bentiu in 1924 and his arms were chopped off to beat the drums of war with them. This was in retaliation of the used of Mustard and Nerve Gasses agents against the ferociously fighting Nuers. The Nuer knew that such a crime and mutilation was cruel and unusual punishment, but the Nuer kraals, Luek (Plural) (cattle barns) or (Luak (singular) (barn) and the cattle camps along the White Nile swamps were bombed and killed by the RAF. Further, there was a misunderstanding in the interpretation in the treatment of Hydroscil or Testicular Hernia (Thiet in Nuer) as equivalent to “castration” (Kuiet) by the interpreter of a Dinka Agar origin.

Although the doctor had hell of good intentions to help those affected by the disease, but due to misinterpretation, there was lost communications between the Nuer, the doctor and the interpreter. Therefore, the Nuer was not guilty of having killed the doctor that was solely on the misinterpretation of the term “castration” that to the Nuer men meant denying them the rights to sexual affairs or intercourses or relationships with their partners. Regrettably, had the interpreter translated the term rightfully, there was nothing that could have caused harm to the doctor. The Nuer nation apologized to the family of Captain Dr. Ferguson, who was a colonial Officer for His Majesty Government (HMG) that died on the line of duty for His Majesty Government in Southern Sudan and the Nuerland in particular. The British Government failed to apologize to the Nuer people on the crimes of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, the excessive use of the Mustard and the Nerve Gases against the Nuer people, including other crimes and humiliations that tantamount to cultural genocide committed by the British colonial government against the Nuer people. The Nuer nation has forgiven the British for the things that they have done, which they ought to have done.

The Nuer was the first nationality that the Royal Air Force (RAF) was utilized against in Africa and the South African generals in the post- Zulu- Boer War (1898-1902) were transferred to Southern Sudan to tame the ferocious Nuers for their rights and survival under any foreign domination, oppression and exploitation. Of course, they did not succeed as well. I make this point of reference for the Dinka and the African countries that have been involved in this war in South Sudan that they committed an unforgiveable and unforgettable crime against humanity and that the Dinka will not defeat the Nuer, but they will be defeated and its does not matter how long this war goes on, no matter what happens, no matter the costs in terms of human lives, the Dinka will be surely defeated. Rest assuredly; Salva Kiir’s forces may win battles, but not the war. This is the bottom line.

The Nuer was not responsible for hoarding the Dinka folks as slaves. They were (and still are) weak and lazy to protect themselves. It was always their Nuer cousins that provided them protection to the Dinka from being raided by all external adversaries, including the Baggara, Messiriya and Rizigat the so-called nomadic Arab tribes in Northern Bahr-el-Ghazel and Abyei that was annexed to Sudan by Chief Deng Majok retrospect to 1905 up to present. Hitherto, Abyei as it stands now is not and will not be South Sudan. Therefore, All Abyei people’s working in the government are foreigners and should be expelled and should be registered as Legal Resident Aliens and could become employed in the GOSS at the expense of highly qualified South Sudan citizens like that has been done or a case study of South Sudanese by birthrights in the Old Sudan. In fact, Abyei people discriminate non-Abyei people in Sudan and denied many benefits earmarked for Abyei. Deng Alor Kuol should resign as South Sudan foreign minister and all Abyei people in GOSS should all be let go once and for all.

Affirmatively, it was not the opposition that started the war or the mess that goes on in South Sudan. It was Salva Kiir qua Salva, his cronies and renegades in Juba that started the war or the treacherous mess. The Opposition will wage the war until the end. We are not war mongrels, but peace makers and because we know that we are dealing with a primitive empty headed idiot, illegitimate, criminal, dictator and genocidal regime, peace will not return to South Sudan through weakness or Dialogue, par cum pare (equal), but through strength of the intensification of the armed struggle against Juba. At the same time, we will be committed to peace-making and peace-building process. Peace will return to South Sudan through strength, but not in weakness.

The Opposition is ready for peace to return and would be ready to negotiate with Juba on the root causes of the crisis and the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide that the world has failed to address for that. We will be ready whenever such peace proposal will be convened at anywhere and at any place less the IGAD and IGAD plus Countries against the Nuer ethnicity because they have invested converging and diverging conflict of interests. We know that in the book of Mathew 5:8, it says, “Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called the children of God.” We have already drafted the skeleton of our peace agenda. We are ever ready to go whenever and wherever that we would be called upon to negotiate peace that breeds social justice and social justice that breeds peace, harmony, equality, liberty, democracy and its universal values as given to humankind by the American Revolution on 4th July 1775 quests for the countrydom from the Crown (the UK) and the French Revolution or the Bastille Day on 14th July 1789 that ended the philosopher kings rule and established the French Republic.

The Dinka dictator-for-life in Juba could not threaten war if Opposition fails to denounce violence. He (Salva Kiir) and his Chief of the General Staff know what the opposition can do once they are in gear. Who started the violence? Was it the opposition or Salva Kiir that perpetrated the war? The preceded questions would have to be answered thoroughly by Salva Kiir and his cronies and henchmen in their fortresses in Juba.

The Opposition will soon suck the war to Juba like we did last July 2016. If Juba is heaven, the Opposition would want to have rooms in that heaven and if it is hell, Oh boy! , the Opposition would want to be in that hell. Now, that President Obama has left Juba in the dark, we believe that the US President Donald Trump would not be like the former US President Barak Obama that targeted the Nuer people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. For those Nuer folks who still remained with Salva Kiir, they are traitors like Lucifer’s Taban Deng Gai (Mohamed Ahmed El-Hagg Sadiq) condemned because they are all against their own kind. Where would they go after having slept, dined and wined with enemy of the Nuer nation and its resilient people? Think about it for a few minutes.

The armed opposition will continue with the war as long as Salva Kiir remains as the illegitimate; ethnocentric; egocentric; power lust; child and woman killer; and/or the prototype of Adolph Hitler in South Sudan. Salva Kiir’s forewarned the opposition on 8 February 2017 that the opposition should evacuate west bank of the White Nile River? Who controls this position now? It’s all IO forces and we will clear all the SPLA pockets up to Pariang and beyond. The entire west bank of the White Nile is now almost under virtual controlled of IO forces. What can Salva Kiir do now? We know also that they have sent troops to Yuai in the Lou-Nuer countryside. What does he hope to accomplish? Certainly, many of them will become dead cadavers and General Ayom should know that most of his troops would be dead or captured. We know also that General Ayom has deserted his post of command or gone AWOL escaped for his life to Juba and his deputy in command already dead in Yuai. Therefore, the moral is pretty low amongst the troops to continue fighting the Nuer White Army or Nyabojoak.

We would like to warn those troops sent to the Lou-Nuer and Ayod that they could become cadavers and the individuals and renegades like Dr. Riek Gai Kok, General Duoth Guet, James Kok Raui and many others, could not blame anyone except themselves and their science of stupid. The Nuer White Army and the regular rebel fighters could not be happy that they will get free arms from the dead SPLA troopers. The Opposition promised that probably no one would return to Bor and Juba alive. We have now discovered that Taban and his agents planted molds within the IO, but thank God we have already captured many of them before they could undergo doing damages. They will face justice because if we still have some saboteurs and molds that have not been caught, they will one way of another be caught and punished with impunity. We will have no forgiveness for the traitors of the Nuer people. We know that Thomas Douth Guet has been working hard to destroy IO. Certainly, he will not succeed.

THE FAILED COMMISSSIONERS AND GOVERNOR WAR

Whilst Salva Kiir calls for the National Dialogue he has already declared an all out war against the IO rebels by having sent the sons of the areas to return to fight their own kind for the sake of being commissioned as Commissioners and Governors of X and Y areas. Those Nuer Yeiuni (Nuer for the money) who have prostituted themselves for positions to return to their hometowns with the purpose of killing their own blood for such positions would surely be punished with impunity. Any Nuer vying for the post of Governors and Commissioners to set ablaze their own hometowns and people are prophets of doomed because Juba will not defeat the Nuer at the end of this war. The Dinka will be defeated and it’s only a matter of time and space, it will happen sooner rather than later.

EGYPTIAN INVOLVEMENT IN SOUTH SUAN CIVIL WAR

Like I said in the past few years of research and writing on the Horn of Africa as an academic expert on African affairs, I stated it at the outset loud and clear that the Horn of Africa could become the next cockpit of international crisis or the ‘Hot spot’ like it was in the late 1970s, the1980s, the 1990s, up to now to become an international geopolitical and geo-strategic competition. Specifically, Egypt could not do his alone. There are big powers behind this political ordeal. Perhaps, the US and Russia have agreed to support Egypt to agitate hostilities between Ethiopia and Eritrea, Support for the Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) against the regime in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia, and Sudan rebels against Sudan through South Sudan as a new corridor to topple Khartoum.

THE RENAUUSSANCE DAM CONSRUCTION: BRAVO FOR EHIOPIA

The already pre-existing problems in the Horn of Africa have been mainly the Ethiopian-Eritrean Badwe town boundary dispute, the Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) within Ethiopia, Somalia and Al-Shahab chronic tensions and South Sudan treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war or ethnicities warfare that represents a total chaos and failure of Africa’s youngest state even though some Western analysts and lobbyists on South Sudan like John Prendergast asserted that South Sudan has been a ‘hijacked state’ rather than a failed state from whom, by whom and for what that remains a myth to be demythologized.

Ethiopia’s construction of the Renaissance Dam has added fuel to ignite an already explosive simmering situation. Ethiopia like any other Nile Basin Countries (NBC) has every right to construct the Dam without any hindrance because that is its legit right under international law and African international law. For Egypt, the construction of Renaissance Dam has been controversial compared to the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) nuclear development for peaceful purposes that makes the hawkish Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu goes jittery, nuts or berserks. Under international law, Ethiopia has every right to construct the dam without any external interference. The Egyptian Government has not done the right thing. They will become the biggest losers on their challenge against Ethiopia’s construction of the Renaissance Dam. The Egyptian Government strategic plan to bomb the Renaissance Dam could have serious catastrophic consequences for the entire region, including Egypt.

When Egypt constructed the Aswan High Dam in the late 1950s to the 1960s with the help of the Soviet engineering assistance, it did not virtually care to ask any public opinions from the other members of the NBCs. Why should Ethiopia the oldest Empire in Africa and the world should ask Egypt that became an independent state in 1922 from the UK for the building of the dam on its sovereign and territorial integrity?

Egypt should know and underscore that the 1929 Nile Waters Agreement that was struck between Britain, Egypt, and Anglo-Egyptian Sudan has been obsolete and outdated. African colonies were representatives were uninvited to participating in the negotiations of such an agreement for future terms of references (TOP). It was like another 1884-1885 Berlin Conference that divided Africa like a piece of a Birthday Cake by the colonial and imperial powers neither Africans represented nor participated in the process. It’s now too late for Egypt to have virtual control of the Nile waters like it had done so for years. The Nile Waters must and ought to be equitably shared by all member states of the NBCs without any exceptionalism. This is the bottom line.

Cognizance, that the colonial period that had been over and gone with the wind and withered away, so too, the terms of reference of the 1929 Nile Water Agreement. The NBCs must construct and rewrite anew the Nile Waters Agreement for the equitable sharing of every pint or gourd of water amongst all member states and people living the along the Nile River for centuries. In fact, the Nile does not belong to Egypt, but Sub-Saharan Africa. We will divert it in the foreseeable future because South Sudan do also need more waters in despite of heavy and plentiful rainfalls annually. We will create new tributaries on the Nile River in the future to channel waters to those in greater need of more waters far away from the Nile basin.

In this post-colonial period, reconstruction must and ought to take place. Egypt should know that every state on the Nile Valley has every right and equal right to the Nile Waters. We believe that all Agreements based on the 1929 Nile Waters Agreement signed prior to de-colonization, should be considered as obsolete, dysfunctional, invalidated, and to be declared as null and void. Egyptian Government clings on the old and past glory would be a no-go forever. We are now in a new era and equality amongst all nation-states and “all peoples” under international law, the UN Charter and the regional organizations, i.e., the League of Arab States (LAS), the European Union (EU), the Organization of American States (OAS) and the African Union (AU)…etc. as stipulated in Article 52 of the UN Charter. The point that we are trying to communicate to the Egyptian Government is that it would be guilty if it were to undergo bombing the dam or creating an environment disaster that could disrupt the construction of the dam with the smart bombs that it had already acquired from Russia with deliberate and will intend to launch a military attack against the Renaissance Dam because of fear of the unknown about waters flows reduction from the Blue Nile. Most importantly, Egypt wanted to create crisis in the Horn of Africa for its own vital national security interests at the expense of the member states of the NBCs. Frankly speaking, no African nation-states would remain silent on the question of the Nile equitable redistribution of waters and the construction of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. If, Egypt will fuel the war by supporting OLF in Ethiopia; the Nuer nation in South Sudan will join Nuer-Ethiopia of Region #12 in Gambela to fight alongside Ethiopia.

As regards to the unfinished Jonglei Canal by CCI in the 1980s up to present, we thank God and our great Prophets that prophesized on the future of the unfinished Jonglei Canal. We the inhabitants of the Canal, we would not allow any Egyptian or any foreign powers vying to reconstruct the Jonglei Canal without our consent would become a dead duck. We have vowed for it never again to be reconstructed over our dead bodies. Therefore, the Egyptian rag-tag military junta or Egypt’s strongman Abdul Fatah al-Assisi should not be deceived or lured to the war in South Sudan with the anticipation that Jonglei Canal would be completed at the end of the ongoing crisis in South Sudan. We are adamantly and united to reject any reconstruction of the uncompleted Jonglei Canal. We know that through the ongoing arms resistance, Salva Kiir will go and so too El-Assisi.

It was Salva that invited the Egyptian Air Force Russian made Antonov and the US made C-130 planes and Sokui Jet fighters to get involved in South Sudan. They have been ineffective in their cowardly bombing raids with the exception of Wau-Shilluk under UNMISS Compound controls that was bombed and killed many women and children. It’s indeed a shame and disgraceful on President Abdul Fateh Al-Sissi of Egypt to wage terrorist war and excessive use of firepower against innocent civilians’ population under the auspices of the UNMISS protection. Based on this incident, Egypt should know and underscore that it will have no place on the table in the future and the present in South Sudan. We will not forget Egypt’s criminal acts against our civilians’ population forever.

Under international law, the bombing of ‘soft targets’ as opposed to ‘hard targets’ is a serious criminal act against humanity, contravention of the UN Charter and the AU as a regional organization under Article 52 of the UN Charter. Most importantly, the Egyptian Government has deliberately and willfully violated African international relations similar to Morocco did it its invasion and occupation of the Western Sahara Republic and the basic fundamental principle of the 1964 Cairo Resolution that created the concurrent African Union (AU) in which Egypt was a founding member states. Al-Fatah-Kiir Agreement will not attempt to complete the unfinished Jonglei Canal because it would not, surely, takeoff. We will fight it with tooth and nail. We would like the Egyptians to know that if their ambition would be to complete the unfinished Jonglei Canal as they have been promised by Salva Kiir, assuredly, that would never ever happen over our dead bodies. Egypt is also opposed to the construction of Renaissance Dam in Ethiopia. It’s Ethiopia prerogative and legit right to construct the Renaissance Dam. The armed rebels’ opposition supports in full the construction of Renaissance Dam in Ethiopia. If Egypt will fight Ethiopia side-by-side with OLF and Eritrea, We can rest assured that the people of South Sudan and the Nuer on both sides of Sobat River in particular, will fight side-by-side with Ethiopia. Apart, from the Renaissance Dam, Egypt is vying to complete the unfinished Jonglei Canal that could create more troubles for Abdul Fatah al-Assi’s regime and the people of Jonglei State that have been adamantly unreceptive to both Kuol Manyang Juuk and Dr. Bernaba Marial Benjamin Bile could become prime targets on this affair on the completion of this dam forever.

There would be neither nor another “Dancing Egyptian Colonel” like Salem when the North and South were arbitrarily united in the post-fiasco 1947 Juba Conference that became later on known as an Abomination policy, racial conspiracy compared to the 1789 “Connecticut Compromise” and or as if a “sales out” of the people of South Sudan by swamp barons over the unfinished Jonglei Canal nor would we allow any Egyptian Fallahiyeen (peasants) to set foot on the Jonglei Canal now and forever.

ESCALATION OF CONFLICTS IN THE REGION

Another regrettable policy the Egyptian Government and Uganda have already committed has been supported creating further crisis between Ethiopia-Eritrea Badme town boundary disputes, the support of Sudan rebels through South Sudan as a corridor or as an end user. Specifically, all the attempts, deception, manipulations and maneuvering would surely erode Egypt’s national interest in Africa. It would not be the same has the late great Presidents of Egypt Colonel Jamal Abdul Nasser and Anwar al-Sadat were committed to the African causes and left a great legacy that El-Assisi will destroy on a snap of a figure or figure triggering.

Conclusively, the Egyptian government should know that in despite of its involvement in the internal affairs of South Sudan, the Opposition will sooner rather than latter will defeat Salva Kiir’s criminal, dictatorial, ethnocentric and genocidal regime in Juba. It’s only a matter of time for Salva Kiir’s supporters to realize that they will soon go rather than later.

It has to be said at the outset that Salva Kiir has destroyed South Sudan and it would not be the same. His legacy would be tougher for the Dinka people and anybody that supported Salva Kiir’s regime in Juba. If Salva Kiir followers were to be real fighters as his fellow tribesmen proclaimed to the world that they are warriors, why do they have to import Ugandans, Kenyans, Rwandese, Burundians, Somalis, Tanzanians, Egyptians, and the Uganda-Rwanda M-23 rebels to fight against the Nuer nation and have not made a dent? The Opposition has devalued everything that Salva Kiir, Kuol Manyang Juuk, Marial Chinoor, Akol Kor and Thomas Duoth Gueth, including the octogenarian so-called Jieng Elder Council (JEC) as Jieng (Dinka) and would not defeat the Opposition. Who would respect the Dinka any more in South Sudan? The people of South Sudan have discovered that the Dinka is a “wicked” species that cannot co-exist with anyone on the planet-Earth. The people should be united against Salva Kiir to abdicate the thrown by peaceful and political means or by violence means. He must and ought to go now before it’s too late.

We urge and appeal to all nationalists, good officers of the ranks and files to do like what Lt.-General Thomas Cirillio; Lt.-General Doup Lam, former minister of labor, Public Service and Human Resource Development and Major-General Peter Gatbiel of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) rendered their resignation and defected for the cause of National Unity and its cultural diversity. The resignation of General Cirillo should be a wakeup call for all Equatorians to conjoin the social revolution with the hope that an Equatorian could also become its leader. We congratulated General Cirillio and the 200 officers, Lt.-General Doup Lam and Major –General Gatbiel with 1,300 Officers, NCOs and the Enlisted that departed the regime and welcomed them with open arms to join the IO. We hope and trust that sooner or later many officers in the SPLA-IG would see the light in the tunnel. I would be obliged to make one thing clear though that any of the defected leaders if they failed to join the IO that now controls over 80% the land and fought over 80% of the war, we would not allow any establishment of a Third Army like Dr. Lam Akol’s tried recently to do so in Kuek and Maghanis, which led to the death of the late Lt.-General Gabriel Tang and the late Major-General Johannes O’kuich. There are only two armed groups in South Sudan either a person belongs to IO or IG and there will be no Third rebels groups. Therefore, those soldiers and leaders that called upon the reluctant soldiers to join them are committing real suicide. We all do know he background of General Thomas Cirillo and the things that he did in the past with emphasis on Juba incident that led to death of so many Equatorians in Juba in 1992.

The Opposition is squeezing in on to Salva Kiir regime at all fronts throughout South Sudan. We would only negotiate peace through the good auspices of the UN appointed Special Envoy like in Syria and Yemen by the UN Secretary-General and the UN Security Council (UNSC). The opposition will not and would not accept IGAD and IGAD plus Countries in the peace process because of conflict of interests. We would prefer Geneva as the venue or any other venues acceptable to the Opposition outside of Africa. This is the bottom line.

It was Salva Kiir that failed the implementation of the 2015 Peace Agreement brokered by the IGAD; the Opposition would not accept any future peace negotiations with Salva Kiir not under the good auspices of IGAD and IGAD plus Countries. The Opposition would be ready to negotiate peace in South Sudan only through the good auspices of the United Nations organization like what happened in Syria and Yemen. Salva Kiir could only be forced out of power only through the intensification of the armed.

Meanwhile, the opposition is pushing rapidly to liberate the entire Greater Upper Nile region and will have an opinion either to remain in South Sudan based on the ten (10) original de jure states or to opt for the declaration of the right to self-determination. The Greater Upper Nile region could become a viable state because of its enormous natural resources, fertile agricultural hectares of lands, fisheries and abundant wildlife. Most importantly, it has the most industrious and hard working folks compared to any places in the world. Since the Greater Upper is the pillar of the bridge, there could be no South Sudan without the Greater Upper Nile.

For those who think that they could superimpose their free will on others against their free will and consent, time is running out for them and they would have to change or they would be doomed and gloomed. Salva Kiir cannot under any circumstances give threats to the opposition. We believe that whatsoever he says usually comes under influenced of Alcohol and he never logically reasoned them out before he could say them to the world. The world community and the people of South Sudan should bear in minds that it was Salva Kiir that started this war, but not Dr. Riek Machar for that. The Opposition will fight this war until the end. We give Salva Kier 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years and over and we will not quit. There would be no democratic change in South Sudan without the IO for the next 1,000-year. Assuredly, we have given a limited time to quiet or to surrender. IO leadership and its military war machine will make Salva Kiir signs surrender in JI in Juba sooner rather than later. We will be obliged to state at the outset that as long as Salva Kiir remains in power as an illegitimate dictator, the war will neither be halted nor a cessation of hostilities could be a dream off-tangent or offline until he[Salva Kiir] leaves Juba dead or alive. If the US President Obama Administration parked or quarantined Dr. Machar far away from his people in support of the dictator and killer of children and women, this gives unprecedented catastrophic consequences to the whole of South Sudan.

SOUTH SUDAN REVOLUTION

We call on the people of South Sudan to start a South Sudan Revolution or South Sudan Spring or South Sudan Streets similar to what happened in Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya in the past few years., Actually, Sudan was the first country in Africa that unarmed civilians’ population was able to overthrown a rag-tag Aboud’s regime on 21 October 1964 and was repeated against the late Sudan’s strongman Field Marshal Nuiemri in May 1985. No matter how long it takes, no matter what the costs may be, and no matter what may happens, Salva Kiir and his cronies and renegades would be defeated in the battlefronts.

We would be ready to march a well-trained and a well-equipped a million rebel force to Juba to start a bloody ‘Tet’ or Khor rei wiec to get rid of Salva Kiir. We hope Salva Kiir and his cronies have not forgotten the mess that they have created and clearly paid dearly for such science of stupid on Friday, 8 July 2016. It could happen again sooner rather than latter in Juba. This time around it will not be a thousand three hundred (1,300) soldiers, but this time around a million guerrilla forces could be converging in on to Juba. It will leave no buildings standing up in Juba at the end of this epic or episode converging in on to Juba. Whatsoever will happen in and around Juba, Salva Kiir should take the blames, but there would be no one to take the blames except Lucifer’s Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohamed Hassan Al-Hagg) and Salva Kiir’s solo. Salva Kiir and Taban Deng both have been already the big losers in the management of the state affairs. What to do about it, would be how to defeat the fighting Nuers and its allies in Equatoria and Bahr-el-Ghazal, respectively. Taban Deng’s that has been a traitor and nobody within the Nuer Community likes him and welcomed home because he has been a crook, Lucifer’s and money lover.

BETRAYAL AGAINST DR. RIEK MACHAR

The US Attorney-General Ramsey Clark writes that criminal trials have fascinated people. Criminal trials have both reflected the values of the culture in which they occur. They have absorbed attention in every epoch of every society we know and often altered its destiny.

Think only of a few: Pontius Pilate versus Jesus, the King of the Jews, Joan of Arc; Louis XVI; the French Revolution’s Committee of Public Justice; Alfred Dreyfus; Dostoyevsky’s report of criminal trials in St. Petersburg; The Moscow Show Trials; the trials of Charles I; Sir Thomas More; the Star Chamber; Peter Zenger in colonial America; the impeachment of Warren Hasting, Governor-General of colonial India; Oscar Wilde; the impeachment of President Andrew Jackson; Sacco and Vanzetti; the Scottsboro Boys; The Chicago Seven; O.J. Simpson; Nuremburg trials at the end of the Second World War (1939-1945).

If we were to be doing legal writing and research, the betrayal of Dr. Riek Machar’s by his in-law Taban Deng Gai (Alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg) fits any of the above-mentioned criminal cases of our modern times. Of course, the case of President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia demands special consideration in these times for three reasons of fundamental importance: It was the first criminal case against a head of state before a court arranged by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) or any other world organization. The court was called the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).

Creation of the court was illegally conducted by the UNSC itself can endangered all civilized societies and there has been no ready means for restraining the UNSC from actions not authorized by its Charter. If we review of the UN Charter it reveals that its grants no power to the Security Council, or elsewhere, to create a criminal court. The Charter itself includes the Statute of international Court of Justice (ICJ).

Taban Deng committed the worst crime against his in-law Dr. Riek Machar’s was a total act of betrayal compared only to the epic, episode or the story of Jesus Christ, the King of the Jews, betrayed by one of his disciples Judius Escargot and a fellow Jew that betrayed his master’s Jesus, the King of the Jews, with only thirty (30) pieces of Silver in the Garden of Gethsemane. Taban Deng did this criminal act not only against Dr. Riek Machar, but the entire Nuer nation and its resilient people as a whole. We do know his entire bloodsucker followers and they have been already blacklisted. The Nuer will avenge this act and no matter how long it takes, Taban Deng and his followers will pay the price of their wicked action. We hope he (Taban) and other well-known traitors would not dare to dream of returning to the Nuer Community. They could gain all the worldly things, but assuredly, they will return to the Nuer Community not as responsible, trusted people, to a nation and to a race that will continue to survive on this planet-Earth and South Sudan in particular.

Yea all knowth Salva Kiir will import all the different types of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to exterminate the Nuer nation and its resilient similar to what happened to the Jews during the Second World War (1939-1945), but because the Nuer people is part of the human race, it will survive and it will eventually defeat Salva Kiir. This is a given fact because historically and from the time of memorial no Dinka people ever defeated the Nuer people. This is for the record. Salva Kiir will not completely and totally exterminate or genocide the Nuer people at all in South Sudan, but with determination, motivation, and might the Nuer will surely defeat the Jieng (slaves) in this war. They should reckon that no foreign power will stop the Nuer against the Dinka. They have done most devilish acts that no human could have committed against his fellow humankind. We have endured and survived all such acts, but we will response aggressively to avenge them on our own accord.

For the Bull Nuer who have acted as the gateway against the Dinka and have done the most acrimonious acts against their fellow Nuer countrymen, under the command of GaatMontuiel (son of Montuiel) and Tutkaw Gatluak and others, it’s time to repent and to rejoin the Nuer society. Everything that they have committed would be considered as the direst part of the war because during war time humankind is no longer normal to do the right thing, but totally abnormal to commit the worst crimes. The people of Unity State will or will not forgive the Bull- Nuer that would be up to them. Nevertheless, in as far as the rest of the Nuer is concerned; the Bull-Nuer could not be trusted to lead within the Nuer community. They are cheap, useless, traitors, and men of less sense of patriotism and do not know their enemies and they only after moneymen, material goods for luxurious lifestyle, and absolutely and completely lack or the absence thereof of spirit of any sense and critical thinking of nationalism and patriotism, self-pride, selfish, egoists and power mongers that I have come to know and believe during my brief association with some of their less quality leader in the Movement.

Certainly, I have come to believe now that the curse (biet) of Tang Kuang’s still lingers over the Bull-Nuers’ minds. The Bull-Nuers are the real blood line or the genealogical true of Prophet Nyundeng of the Lou Nuer. In fact, Nyundeng already cursed them that one section of the Nuer will go with “Maroal” Juur or Kereckni or Jallabni. Could this be the Bull-Nuer? We have to wait to give it a wait- and- see period. I would like to make it clear at the affront that whatsoever I have jotted down about the Bull-Nuer has been all together exclusively Nuer thing that nobody understands. For instance, Central, we have also our worst traitors and killers of the Nuer people in Juba through his security functions like General Douth Guet Thong, Timothy Tot Chol a Master’s Degree holder from the University of Khartoum and impressive work experience in public service, Honorable Michael Mario Dhow, the late 1Lt.-General Gabriel Tang and many others traitors throughout the central Nuer section in South Sudan. In Nasser, the Jikany Nuer got their Traitors and betrayers like General Gathoth, Brigadier-General Chuol Gakah, Honorable Kuhn Pouch and his brothers, including many other useless Jikang Nuer traitors or the Nuer wew or Nuer yeuini. The Lou Nuer has got also their traitors in big numbers. What is really wrong with the New Nuer Generation? Comparatively, Unity State has been the root causes of the Nuer sociological, political, and leadership problems. For instance, Dr. Machar’s adored by the Nuer people for years has lost that credibility and waning pretty fast not only amongst the Nuer, but nationally, regionally and internationally. So his in-law Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg Sadiq) has been the first Lucifer’s that betrayed Dr. Machar like Judius Escargot betrayed Jesus, the King of the Jews with only 30 pieces of silver to his tormentors with a kiss on the check as a sign of indicating that was Jesus, the King of the Jews and his was the first criminal case recorded on the planet before others fascinating criminal cases of our time.

The Nuer have not yet declared war on Jieng like the US declared war on Japan in the aftermath of Pearl Harbor on Sunday, 7 December 1941 that will remain infamy. We urge and appeal to all Nuer people and the nation and all our allies in the opposition that let us unite in unionism our ranks and files against Salva Kiir and his henchmen and cronies. We would like to rest assured every Dinka in South Sudan that the Nuer people and the oppressed, dominated and exploited other nationalities in South Sudan that they are only against Salva Kiir’s dictatorial, criminal, barbaric and genocidal regime and all those idiots that backed it up in Africa’s youngest failed state that has moved from political instability to stateless to statelessness like Somalia in the Horn of Africa in the aftermath of the 1992 fall of General Mohamed Sayaid Barre in Mogadishu, Somalia.

The octogenarian Dinka elders like Abel Alier, Dr. Francis Mading Deng, Bona Malwal and the Nuer-Bill Joshua Dau and others wicked, brutal and ruthless members of the Jieng Elders Council (JEC) who have perpetrated this war. They would surely realize that they have been misled by the American lobbyists on South Sudan for the sake of the money as the root causes of all social evil on the planet-Earth. The Nuer nation and its resilient people will surely survive this unprecedented and unprovoked aggression, carefree and it will walk tall and will lead South Sudan through democratic process and will strive to rebuild a united culturally diverse society with freedom, liberty, equality, democratization; the rule of law, human rights protection and social justice that breeds peace and the culture of peace that breeds peace and social justice. We will forgive, but we will not forget the past because if the Nuer people would do so, they would be bound repeat the past. Only the greatest could be attacked because of the fear of the unknown.

Realistically, what is now going on in South Sudan is a power struggle for the leadership that the Jieng has now failed the concept of the state and the people of South Sudan would give their verdict through electoral process. Of course, peace will return to South Sudan. Nevertheless, it will only and only comes in strength, but not through weakness. The objective of the Opposition is the overthrow Salva Kiir’s criminal, dictatorial, ethnocentric (tribal), barbaric and genocidal regime sooner rather than latter in Juba. We will accomplish this plan of action before Salva Kirr’s knows it. Let him think of a few: Shah Palvi vs. the Mullahs in Iran (1978-1979), the Arab Spring or the Arab streets in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya vs. all the octogenarian western supported dictators in the North African nations of Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya; and many other numerous cases similar to the ongoing mess in South Sudan throughout Africa and around the world. The Opposition will prevail in this struggle for democratic change through the intensification of the armed struggle against Salva Kiir’s regime in Juba as its main fortress.

The Nuer folks with Juba should be considered as outcasts or ex-communicated from the Nuer Community. They have become useless, excommunicated and if found be declared as dead cadavers. The Nuer nation will not forgive any Nuers that have co-opted themselves to Juba for the sake of jobs and money. They should go to become Dinka slaves, graveyards diggers, concubines, homosexuals and never ever to think about returning to the Nuer Community and this curse will be transmitted or passed on to their children’s children forever lasting.

We will have no forgiveness for them because they are the worst enemies of the Nuer nation and its people. They all have already been branded as the premiere enemies of the Nuer nation and its resilient people drinking, dinning and winning with the blood of their dead comrades and fellow countrymen. It’s really a shock for me to know and to realize that well-educated Nuers like Dr. Riek Gai Kok, Timothy Tot Chol, Michael Mario Dhor and Gabriel Yoal Dok and the other Nuer renegades, killers and murderers like General Thomas Duoth Guet and Dr. Bernaba Marial Bill should look for different communities, but never ever to dream of returning the Nuer Community that they hated most, betrayed it and its great people.

Let’s assume hypothetically that they have grudges against Dr. Riek Machar as a person and a leader chosen by his people that should not have been raison d’être for them to hate the Nuer Community. Perhaps, many Nuer people may have grievances against Dr. Machar’s personae, his leadership ability, but nobody could run away from the Nuer Community. People have remained united and will intensify the armed struggle until Salva will be defeated. For those Nuers that have betrayed their community for the sake of positions and money, they are all vagabonds and useless for anything. If such individuals have had problems with Dr. Machar’s, per se, he is human and not God to be approached and challenged about his wrong doings within a united Nuer Community. Look here you guys from South Sudan and the Nuer Community in particular, remain in your communities even if you do not like the leader. For instance, the Dinka have united and rally around Salva Kiir neither really because they love him nor hate, but because he represents the Dinka power in South Sudan. He did everything imperatively impractical, if not impossible, to attain with the main purpose and population engineering to preserve the Dinka power. Why the Nuer cannot unite and rally around Machar as epicenter of the Nuer power whether we like him or not? Let’s keep the dirty garbage in the closet for the time being and let’s do the right thing. Realistically, the political sociology, methodology, epistemology, and political philosophy have been focused on the Nuers’ wealth that he [Salva Kiir] wanted to dispose to the Dinka migrants in the Greater Upper Nile region. This new science of stupid of Salva Kiir will not work now and forever.

To the Dinka migrants throughout the Greater Upper Nile region, they should be critically prepared for the unprecedented catastrophic outcome on the newly superimposed ‘population engineering’ by Salva-Taban pact and leadership. The newly well thought population engineering to make the Dinka to have an upper hand throughout South Sudan, would have serious results and toughest legacy for Salva-Taban Agreement. It’s like Skype-Pico Agreement in the Middle East more 100-year plus ago and set off the political face of political, military panorama in the region. It could make every Dinka migrant in the region to become landless and their only best chance for survival would be to opt for the return to the Dinka soil in Bahr-el-Ghazal region. All the Dinka brought from Juba to be settled in the Nuer and Shilluk [Chollo] lands would have to be evicted to return to Juba or else face the consequences of being settled in other people’s lands and premises. For example, the Nuer and the Shilluk built Malakal for centuries and Salva Kiir could no just disposing it to the Dinka. This is no logic and it will escalate more war for another one thousand year.

Nevertheless, we (the Nuer) should learn to resolve our internal matters as Nuer people within our domain and let no one leak it out to our enemies. We should also wash our dirty laundry in our in-house rather outside of the house. If we could all feel as if the people like Dr. Riek Machar has not performed the right thing, incompetent, lack of a developed leadership vision and organization, senile or sick to lead, it would be our right collectively as a people to ask him to peacefully abdicate or to resign and if he refuses to do so, we, [the Nuer people] could sit down to Dialogue par cum pare [equal] to make a unanimous collective decision-making about the future of Dr. Machar as our leader. If the above-mentioned could be true, we could unanimously also be able to select his replacement peacefully and if that new skipper or chief or leader fails the people, he should also follows Dr. Machar’s because in all social revolutions, “You lead, you follow or you get the hell out of the way.” But if we all could run away because of whatsoever acute differences and grievances against Dr. Machar’s leadership style, we could also be against our race and that would tantamount to self-defeat and the lack of the contexts of leadership that could be summarized fewer than three major contexts: commitment, complexity and credibility.

In other words, if any Nuer goes to Salva-Taban the two of the lesser evils because someone has been mad and disliked Dr. Riek Machar’s leadership style, they would have missed the point of agreement. Dr. Machar is not all Nuer and the people dying in the war are not Dr. Machar’s children, but the Nuer people and the Nuer Children to avenge the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide that targeted the Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. I urge and appeal to you all Nuer people wherever we reside, we should unite and rally around Dr. Machar as our leader to fight this war and the rest will be added. We do not have to love or hate him because leaders are not loved or hated, but they show examples for the interest of the State. If anyone has not read Nicolo Machiavelli, I do recommend that they should do so, including other works on the nature of the state.

Nevertheless, no one can serve two masters’ for you both serve one and reject the others. For the Nuer people and other nationalities, they should not anticipate anything good in Salva-Taban leadership, power, money and control, but dying and more dying for no good raison d’être. Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg) was a traitor of the third kind not only against Dr. Riek Machar, but the entire Nuer Community. We could not be more than pleased that Dr. Riek Machar is alive and well and so too the Nuer nation will prevail in despite of all these unforeseeable threats and difficulties. We are a great people and only the greatest, strongest and potentially the richest in terms of natural resources have been often aggressed, but we could not be intimidated. Assuredly, we will defeat our archenemies and we will teach them tougher lessons that they would not forget.

THE CONTEXT OF LEADERSHIP

“These are hard times in which a genius would wish to live. Great necessities call forth great leaders,” Abigail Adams in a letter to Thomas Jefferson in 1790. Parents have lost it and police seek it. Experts claim it and artists spurn it, while scholars want it. Philosophers reconcile it (as authority) with liberty and theologians demonstrate its compatibility with conscience. If bureaucrats pretend they have it, politicians wish they did everybody agrees that there is less of it than there used to be. In my capacity as a student of political science, public administration and   public policy, international relations/international law, I thought that leadership has changed and had been dissected into different pieces. We could not agree more with Mr. Wildman thought in 1648: “Leadership hath been broken into pieces”.

Actually, a new leadership theory of leadership has emerged as opposed to the past and how we view leadership and who can exercise it has dramatically changed considerably. Leadership competencies have remained constant, but our understanding of what it is, how it works, and the way in which people learn to apply it has shifted. We have a general theory, social research and the rumination of reflective practitioners such as Moses, Pericles, Julius Caesar, Jesus, Martin Luther, Niccolo Machiavelli, James Madison, and in our own time from such disparate sources of wisdom as Gandhi, V.I. Lenin, Dean Acheson, Winston Churchill, Mao Tse-tung, Charles de Gaulle, Chester Barnard, Martin Luther King, Jr., John Gardener, and Henry Kissinger, who have very little in common except that they have not only been there, but tried with some candor to speculate on paper about it. Leadership is not easy because we do not know what distinguishes leaders from non-leaders. Perhaps, more important, what distinguishes effective leaders and ineffective organizations from effective organizations.

Leadership skills were once thought a matter of birthrights. All along, it was thought that leaders were born, not made, summoned of their calling through some unfathomable process. This process is called the “Great man” theory of leadership. It was assumed power as being in a very limited number of people or the “philosopher Kings” whose inheritance and destiny made them leaders. Those of the right breed could lead, all others must be led. In other words, this is the concept that Dinka claims that “They [Dinka] are born to rule and not to be ruled” and that “They [Dinka] are God Chosen people like the Jews asserted that they are “God Chosen people” by whom and for what that remains a myth to be de-mythologized.

When the Grand theory failed to explain the art of leadership, it was replaced by the notion that great events made great leaders of otherwise ordinary people. Presumably, Lenin was just “milling about” in the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution was pronounced on his deliberations, and George Washington was simply “on hand” when the colonies opted for countrydom or political independence from the Crown on 4th July 1775. This explanation compared to the “Great man” theory, was another inadequate definition, unfortunately.

Like love, leadership continued to be something everyone knew existed but nobody define. Many other theories of leadership have come and dissipated and gone with the wind and withered away like a meteoroid.

“Leadership” is a word on our lips. The young attack it and the old grow wistful for it. Parents have lost it and police seek it. Experts claim it and artists spurn it, while scholars want it. Philosophers reconcile it (as authority) with liberty and theologians demonstrate its compatibility with conscience. If bureaucrats pretend they have it, politicians wish they did. We could not agree more there is less of it than there used to be. Retrospect to 1648, leadership was hath been broken into pieces. Leadership is no longer at ease, but it undergoes constant changes.

On the issue of commitment, if we were to take a survey of the workforce anywhere on the planet, we could get disturbing results. For instance, many job holders would say they are currently working at their full potential. Some would say they do not put effort into their jobs over and above what is required to hold onto it; the overwhelmingly majority, would say that they could be significantly effective than they presently are; and some would say they “do not work as hard as they used to”.

Based on the above-mentioned diverse and controversial responses, even though people may be committed to organization because of the vision and desires, there could always be considerable gap between the number of hours people are paid for working and the number of hours spent in productive labor work. There has been always a commitment gap in whatsoever we undertake in the art of leadership. Leadership has four areas of competency and the four types of human handling skills that comprised of four strategies:

(1) Attention through vision T.E. Lawrence writes attention through vision that

“All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, Awake to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, that they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it possible”.

(2) Through communication;

(3) Trust through positioning is the lubrication that makes it possible for organizations to work it’s hard to imagine an organization without some semblance of trust operating somehow, somewhere. An organization without trust is more than an anomaly; it’s a misnomer, a dim creature of Kafka’s imagination. Trust implies accountability, predictability, reliability. It’s what sells products and keep organization humming. Trust is the glue that maintains organization integrity;

(4) The development of self through positive self-regard and the Wallenda factor. This is as a result of leadership failure to instill vision, meaning and trust in their followers.

(5) Many leaders with emphasis like in South Sudan and Salva Kiir and the former FVP Dr. Riek Machar in particular, failed because they deliberately and willfully abused the five useful skills of leader and the lack vision, collegial organization, as social architects: trust through positioning and organizational behavior or the organization and their environments. Let’s precisely interpret the meanings of important and the significant of the above-mentioned strategies of leadership precisely. Firstly, the three elements that define an organization’s social architect are its origins, its basic operating principle; the nature of its work; the management, decision making, and power; influence; and status. These elements characterize three distinct organizational types-the collegial, personality, and formalistic– which we will concisely review below.

A COLLEGIAL ORGANIZATION

The concept of the state was founded on the concept that few people believed in: that high concept of the state or technology product could be made in certain way. The state, per se, is collective cultural diversity of a people glued and amalgamated to live in multicultural and diverse democracy. Therefore, the concept of the state has been from the beginning of the times of immemorial had been based of heterogeneity, common and converging collective interests of all the different people within that sovereign entity called the state. The state like a company, the chief founder had association with universities or through common sense and brought his scientific values to the company. He believed strongly—and still does that excellence carries its own rewards. In the case of the state like an engineering concept, the basic operating principle of the State or company is “striving for excellence” out of win-win” perspective. It has to undergo collective unification of all the diversities within the state, power and wealth sharing, representation and participation, delegation of power and authority and comprehensive inclusion of minority groups; transparency and accountability. The nature of the work has supported this view.

New products are developed in all engineering companies and state system alike using state of-of the-art technology and scientific and methodological decision making, which requires a high level of interdependence among groups and individuals. In any companies like the states, engineers value “having fun” and “being challenged” with the work they do. Like the state, environment of this particular sector of industry is highly competitive, involving large stakes; there is rapid, spasmodic growth in the careers of highly, often precociously gifted scientists and engineers. The management of scientific and technical information is important aspect of remaining competitive because of the nature of the task. In the company information is often transferred through verbal, face-to-face communication, and there is a strong value that encourages information sharing. The decision making style is participative and encourages a “bottom-up” and “bottom-down” free flow of ideas aimed at generating consensus around all issues. This means that all people who effected or are affected by a decision have a say in the decision-makings. Consensus means getting no objections, the absence of undermining or interference in any given activity. Realistically, it does not mean that everyone has the same opinion, idea, or strategy. It does means that all participating members have a say—that they agree to allow ample opportunity of time for the issue to resolve itself, prove itself, destroy itself, or whatever.

This is the same in the nature of the state decision makings, management, delegation of power and authority, power and wealth sharing, representation and participation of all socially and culturally diverse communities within the state without any exceptionalism or comprehensive exclusionism.

THE ESSENCE OF LEADERSHIP ABILITIES AND CAPABILITIIES

1) The ability to accept people as they are, not as we would like them to be. This is Modus Operandi and Modus Vivendi of the height of wisdom to “enter the skin” of someone else, to understand what other people are like on their terms, rather than judging them.

2) The capacity of approach relationships and problems in terms of the present rather than the past. Surely, it is true that we can learn from the past mistakes. But using the present as a takeoff point for trying to make a fewer mistakes seemed to be more productive for our leaders— and certainly was more psychologically sound than rehashing things that are over.

3) The ability to treat those who are close to you with the same courteous attention that you extend to strangers and casual acquaintances. Every leader should know and understand that two aspect of over familiarity. The first is that of not hearing what is being said: selective deafness leads to misunderstanding, misconceptions, and mistakes. The Second is the matter of feedback we fail to provide to indicate our attentiveness.

4) The ability to trust others, even if the risk seems great. A withholding of trust is often necessary for self-protection. But the price is often pretty high if it means always being on guard, constantly suspicious of others. Even an order dose of trust that at times involves the risk of being deceived or disappointed is wiser, in the long run, than taking it for granted that most people are incompetent or insincere.

5) The ability to do without constant approval and recognition from others. This is the unilateral decision-making without consultation and consent of the people. In public policy and administrative decision-making, I should not really matter how many people likes leaders, but it is the quality of the work that results from collaborating with them or the others. Conclusively, it is large part of the leader’s job to risks. And the risks by their very nature cannot be pleasing to everyone. In the concurrent crisis in South Sudan Salva Kiir and Taban Deng Gai and how they manage the affairs of the state is negative self-regard vs. positive self-regard that may not be found everywhere or in as many places as we would like to see it. We should understand and possess positive self-regard does not blind one to the lesser desirable qualities of human beings, it does, however, establish standards for thinking about human possibilities and he sky is the limit. It’s a way of developing, perhaps, and atmosphere of excellence, of greatness. The epitome of positive-regard and its effects, we will quote Maestro Carlo Maria Guilini talking about his years as conductor of the Los Angeles philharmonic:

“Here, I think I can say that in the small island we call philharmonic, I realized the state of true civililta (Latin)—considerate civility among equals. I hope it was not an illusion. I never had to say one negative word or racial epithet. Even in delicate situations, I explained my views to the orchestra. I did not impose on them. The right response, if forced, is not the same as the right response when it comes out of conviction”.

The preceded quotation is relevant to all leaders in all capacities and responsibilities. In other words, they have failed to empower them. This is a universal problems that exists regardless of whether we are looking at organizations, government agencies, institutions or small enterprises, the key and pivotal factor is needed to enhance human resources is leadership. On the issue of complexity this means that this era marked with rapid and spastic change. The problems in the organization, dualities are becoming increasingly complex. There are too many ironies, polarities, dichotomies, dualities, ambivalences, paradoxes, confusions, contradictions, contraries, and messes for any organization to understand and to deal with the context of leadership that evolves commitment, complexity and credibility.

We urge and appeal to the Nuer people on enemy camp that the time is now or never for you all to return to your community before it’s too late. You have got the time to repent and you will be forgiven and the rest will be your conscience and your God if you do means well for the Nuer Nation and its resilient people. We fostered advanced values of traditional democracy that allows resolving our differences and grievances through that process. If anyone of us makes any attempts to run away from it, you have already committed the greatest sin that would haunt you for a lifetime and then pass it on to your children’s children. We should all rally solidly around Dr. Machar’s because our boat is whirling or drifting in the deep waters of the Nile River. We should give him a chance to lead us to victory against the enemy that is now closer than ever before to be defeated. We have to hang in tight to defeat Salva Kiir’s regime from it fortresses in Juba.

At the end of the day, we all shall be freed to ask Dr. Machar’s to step down and we should democratically select another Nuer to become his replacement. But never ever a non-Nuer because we have learned our hard lessons, grievances and hurts from the late John Garang that we brought up from abject poverty and de-classie or the down trodden to become world’s famous and died as a multimillionaire and turned against the Nuer people as his archenemies. We will not repeat this historical blunder. It’s history and history repeats itself in many different ways. If the Nuer nation should forget about the past, it would be bound to repeat it. Professor George Lukas writes: “Those who forget history would be bound to repeat it”. Let there be no Nuer future and present leaders to forget and to repeat the past mistakes. The Reverence John Hagee made us walk through the centuries, and learn from the past. He writes that “Those who fail to remember the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them in the future. History reveals humanity’s triumphs and failures, giving us a compass for the future”.

Again, I shall and will warn and to remind the Nuer nationality to wake up because there is a growing anti-Nuerism similar to anti-Semitism since the split of South Sudan from the mother country-Sudan on 9 July 2011. Specifically, this psychological, sociological and anti-Nuerism has been perpetrated by the Dinka that led to targeting the Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. It was no different to 1994 Rwanda Genocide committed by the Hutus’ against the Tutsi in Kigali, Rwanda, the Nazi Holocaust against the Jews and gypsies and all non-Arians or all non-blue eyes European and the people of colored, the Young Turks genocide on the Armenians (1915-1920) and Saddam Hussein Genocide against the Kurds in Iraq and the Ovambo and Nama Genocide in the former German colony of Southwest Africa (1904-1908), the first genocide of its kind recorded in Africa in the 20th century. The anti-Nuerism in South Sudan has been stamped and generated because God blessed the Nuer with enormous natural resources and as a powerful people like when God called on Abraham the father of all nations out of his country to a land God would give him, God gave him the promise not only for him… not only for the Jews, God’s Chosen people… but a promise that would affect every other nation on the earth forever. God said: “I will bless you. And will make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you. And I will curse (biet) him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. [Genesis 12:2-3].

It is Jesus Himself who taught us to love, not to hate. In Mathew 19:19, He instructs us to “love your neighbor as yourself”. According to the Bible as he [Jesus] was prepared to give his life as a sacrifice for our sins, it is reported that He said: “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you…. You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you [John 15:12, 14 emphasis added]. He was even more direct in Mathew5:44-45, where He instructed:

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, to do good to those who hate you, and pray for who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven.

The Nuer people should become aware that there are two important facts about our genocide, that there is national, regional and international conspiracy that targeted the Nuer people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. Many people are envious of the wealth in the Nuerland and strength and courage of the Nuer people, advanced traditional democracy, egalitarianism, communalism (Kondial) social justice, equality and human rights protection. This plot has been carried out by the Salva Kiir through the US President Barak Obama. Therefore, we should be united against our enemies and to fight for our survival in the land of our birthright May the curse of the Great Nuer Prophets Nyundeng, Dieu, Nyarauch Kulang may be upon them.

SUMMARY OF THE CONCURRENT SITUATION IN SOUH SUDAN

  • The concurrent crisis or mess in South Sudan was created by the US President Barak Obama.
  • The war could drag on for years in despite of commitment to negotiate peace settlement.
  • Egyptian involvement as proxy for Juba will escalate the war in South Sudan and could spill over throughout the Horn of Africa.
  • Egypt support for OLF, Ethiopian-Eritrean Badme town, Sudan rebel forces against Khartoum through Juba that will be a new golden ‘corridor’ or as the ‘end user’ could have unprecedented catastrophic consequences for the entire region and beyond.
  • Egypt should accept the construction of the Renaissance Dam or former Millennium Dam as a political reality of our time there would be no turning back. We should not create another Iran’s Nuke epic or episode in Africa.
  • We cannot make peace with friends, but with enemies.
  • The Nuer nation and its resilient people will survive the Jieng
  • Will the Jieng survive the Nuer reaction? According to Sir Isaac Newton’s law of Gravity, says that to “every action there is equal opposite reactions.”
  • The Nuer in unionism will adequately and completely make a respond to this Jieng They have not yet come out of the woods and they have not seen anything yet.
  • The Nuer nation that’s Africa greatest will prevail against the Jieng
  • Almost all the molds implanted within IO outfit have been caught and will face justice.
  • Peace will not return to South Sudan as long as Salva Kiir remains in power as the illegitimate President of South Sudan.
  • No National Dialogue as proposed by Salva Kiir neither now nor in the foreseeable future.
  • No conciliation and forgiveness that would become achievable via corrosive measures.
  • Machar’s should not accept any peace-making without the consent of his constituency.
  • No IO members will attend the National Dialogue and no matter pressure points it will get from the international community.
  • The Nuer nation and its resilient people would be determined to fight this war until the end and until the Dinka surrender or ready to sign armistices with the fighting Nuers.
  • We will not accept the establishment of a Third Military force with a conspicuous politico-military ideology.
  • We urge and appeal to all defectors to join I-O that controls over 80% of the countryside and fought over 80% of the war.
  • We urge and appeal to General Thomas Cirillo to make a clear and clean choice this time around that he (Cirillo) to declare himself either I-O or IG like what Dr. Lam Akol Ajawein recently did in Kuek in northern Upper Nile State that led to the unfortunate death of the late Lt.-General Gabriel Tang and Major-General Johannes O’kiuch and many other oothers.
  • I-O will not accept under any circumstances throughout South Sudan a Third Movement or army. We adamantly urge and appeal to oppositions against Salva to join I-O or to declare themselves as IG because there will be no centrist path. There will be nothing called I-O-IG as proposed by Lucifer’s Taban Deng Gai and his followers in South Sudan. He entire Opposition has been and will be united around Dr. Machar and matter he circumstances may be, I will remain that way.
