Aug 7, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —– Capturing of our SPLA/M IO headquarters at Pagak today by government of South Sudan is not a solution to the current problems facing our country. The government must know that we are rebels and in all bushes of South Sudan and will continue to fight till there is a regime change in Juba or a peaceful political settlement of the problems through negotiations.
Our main objective like any rebel movement is first to make the country ungovernable, which we have succeeded. As you all know, the refusal of current illegitimate South Sudan government to talk peace with us, has resulted to total collapse of 2015 peace agreement, restriction of movement on Juba-Nimule road, Juba-Yambio road, Juba-Yei road and Juba-Rumbek road, total economic collapse, poor living conditions, high inflation rate, high cost of living, absence of fuel in the market, non-payment of salaries  for several months for military, organized forces, civil servants and South Sudan embassies, high death rate among infants, elderly men and women due to lack of  basic services, such as  health, education, security, infrastructure  and food.
There is increase in oppression  and silencing of the freedom of media by closing  key media institutions such as Radio Tamazuj, Sudan tribune and Nyamile, raping of women and looting  and stealing of  properties  of innocent civilians and business people by the South Sudan army, displacement of many South Sudanese both internally and in the neighboring countries on daily basis, corruption, tribalism, arrest and dismissal of senior judicial lawyers, which has resulted to nationwide strike by the judges and total collapse of the rule of law in South Sudan, illegal arrest and detention of foreigners including Kenyans and Ugandans.
Therefore, in order to bring South Sudan government to negotiation table and talk peace, I call upon UN Security Council to impose sanctions on the government of South Sudan. This must include Arms embargo, asserts free and travel bans. Secondly, as we continue with armed struggle against South Sudan government to effect regime change in South Sudan,
I call upon all citizens of South Sudan to organize popular uprisings, peaceful demonstrations, and stay away strikes nationwide. I also call upon South Sudan armed forces to disobey the orders of President Kiir and refuse to go and fight their own brothers and sisters but rather advocate for peaceful resolution of the current conflict through a new political arrangement, which should include all armed groups and political parties. Remember that South Sudan Government will never win this war militarily. Their refusal to talk peace with us will just continue to prolong the suffering of innocent South Sudanese while the Dinka dominated Juba regime continue to loot the resources of the country and wasting money on war instead of using it for development of the country and rendering better services to its people. Time for regime change in South Sudan is now.

Im really sorry for a community or tribes call Nuer! they are the most stupid in south Sudan. How come you claimed your people were killed in 2013 by Dinka, while now you are killing yourself for money? Is there any Dinka fighting between you rights now? the issue of money will never give you space in south Sudan. Is there any issue of accountability for 2013 crime and crime against humanity on Kiir government? please teach yourself how to reason out of food and reason as human being…
