June 10, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —- The International Youth for Africa (IYA) has called all South Sudanese communities who stayed in the Diaspora for more than years to embrace for peace, unity and reconciliation rather than hatred among South Sudanese Communities in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Sudan and western world, countries. The IYA call on upon the government officials to respects’ the rights of women and human rights reflect the minimum standards necessary for people to live with dignity. Human rights give people the freedom to choose how they live, how they express themselves, and what kind of government they want to support, among many other things. Human rights also guarantee people the means necessary to satisfy their basic needs, such as food, housing, and education, so they can take full advantage of all opportunities. Finally, by guaranteeing life, liberty, equality, and security, human rights protect people against abuse by those who are more powerful’’ said Ter Manyang Gatwech,IYA’s executive director.
IYA’s executive director, Ter Manyang Gatwech, said unity was vital in efforts to attain peace, unity in the country. “Citizens need to embrace the Peace Agreement and work for lasting peace in South Sudan. Encouraged your leaders to end the violence, work for peace, and reconcile as one people of one nation ‘’said Manyang.

” He said, urging the President Kiir, Fist Vice President ,Riek Machar and Second Vice president Wani to follow South Sudan’s peace implementation step by step, decision by decision, action by action. South Sudan is above Kiir, Riek and Wani’. Let South Sudanese citizens working together for a peaceful society. “Every individual and every organ of society … shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance.”
International Youth for Africa is planning to held peace conference in the Diaspora once Director of the International Youth for Africa (IYA), urged students to concentrate on their studies in East African nations, putting aside the snags caused by the country’s calamity in December, 2013. Most people here in the Diaspora do not understand the context of the Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan, 17-26th August,2015.
The organization is extremely concerned about, the lack of political will by the parties in the country’s transitional government of national unity to resolve on the controversial 28 states, Cantonments area, Transitional National Legislative Assembly (TNLA) Humanitarian Assistance and Reconstruction for refugees in East Africa.

International Youth For Africa (IYA) ) is a non-governmental organization and non- profit making organization (NGO), formed on 2nd March, 2015 after attending two workshops in Kampala, Uganda and Nairobi, Kenya on Transitional Justice Mechanism 22-27th February 2015, in Kampala organized by International Public Law and Policy Group (IPLPG), Systems to Uphold the Credibility and Constitutionality of Elections in South Sudan(SUCCESS) and South Sudan Human Rights Documentation Initiative held on 9th may to 12th May 2015 Nairobi, Kenya which identified the problem the youth are facing both Diaspora and in South Sudan. The IYA activities include Transitional Justice, documenting and reporting human rights violation against women, children’s rights, working with community groups to promote women’s rights through increased participation of women in local government, promoting the education rights of girls, and raising awareness of women’s rights through public campaigns.
The organization (IYA) is dedicated to the promotion and improvement of the socio-economic, tend governance processes/issues of the youth in South Sudan. IYA was started in 2015 to respond to the increasing demand for a collective platform for research, training and policy advocacy for young people by young people in South Sudan, Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Somalia and Ethiopia.
While maintaining its original goal of empowering the young people, organizations, institutions and communities at the grassroots through initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of non-violence, peace and socio-economic development.
