April 22, 2018(Nyamilepedia) — The Lebanese philosopher Khalil Gibran uttered to the people of Lebanon that asked not what Lebanon can do for you, but what you can for Lebanon. In the 1960s the US President John F. Kennedy picked up Khailil Gibran’s philosophical prophecy during the Inauguration of the US Peace Corps Office in the Washington, DC. , and told the American people that “Asked not what America can do for you, but what you can do for America. In the same vein, we would like to say to the people of South Sudan that in despite of our concurrent despicable circumstances, we must and ought to reunite, to reintegrate, to reconcile and to rebuild our beloved country South Sudan and the rest will be added. We should not ask first what South Sudan can do for us, but what we can do for South Sudan. It could not been a bad experience to realize what Carlias P. Romulo writes that “Nations will rise and fall, but equality remains the ideal. The universal aim is to achieve respect for the entire human race, not for the dominant few.” We should conclude by the Chinese Laozi’s philosophical prophecy states “Empty yourself from everything. Let the mind become still. Then, ten thousands things rise and fall while the self watches their return. They grow and flourish and then return to the source. Returning to the source is stillness, which is the way of nature.”
CMA is a tenable reasonable alternative National Redemption Movement that is aiming to reunite, to reintegrate, to reconcile, to forgive, but not to forget the past. It is founded with the purpose and intent based on the Franco-America Revolutions on 4th July 1775 and on 14th July 1789, respectively, to restore social justice, equality, unity of purpose and of equals, to search for peace that breeds social justice and social justice that breeds peace. Whereas, realizing that the people of South Sudan have been in a state of shocked, disarrayed because of genocide or democide and gross systematic ethnic cleansing in the failed state that moved from stateless to statelessness. We reckoned that neither Salva Kiir nor Dr. Riek Machar could under any circumstances could provide stewardship that they could not fully deliver and to adjudicative to achieving reunification of the state as a failed entity without developed preconceived chosen direction that a leader must first have developed a mental image of a possible and desirable future of the organization (the state). This image, which we call a “vision,” may be as vague as a dream or as precise as a goal or mission statement. Most important, the critical point to embrace and to remember is that a vision articulates a new view of realistic, competence, complexity, and credibility attractive future for the organization (state), a condition that is better in some important ways than what now exists. Realistically, neither Salva Kiir nor Dr. Riek Machar minds that have been saturated and have been left without focused ability and the capacity to govern South Sudan. Hitherto, by virtue of their historic political and leadership failure, they should without delays exit the political scene and to leave as go-getter searching for new lucrative positions in the world around them to look for other potential lucrative and highly paid positions or to enjoy the blood money that they looted from the state institutions during their messy or wicked reigned of power that made them to illegally looted public coffer or purse.
CMA CREATES A NEW VISION
The effective leader that is an effective social architect to the extent that he can manage meaning and must assemble for the organization a new vision of a desired future state. Whilst this takes may be shared and developed with other key members of senior personnel and experts of the organization, it remains solely the “core” and the “crux” responsibility of the leader and cannot be delegated. The point to realize is that the transformation of social architecture must begin at the top down bottom up of the organization with the CEO and to have the full support of the board and the inner circle of top officers. It has been self-evident that the CEO whose behavior is consistent with the norms and values of he/she has articulated for the organization has an enormous edge head start. It is indeed critical that the organization must be mobilized to accept and support the new vision—to make it happen. This vision would be made realistic in the newly created CMA new vision and the sky is the limit for all.
Certainly, there could be those that would resist change and that could become a big problem or fear of the leader to accommodate such individuals by any means necessary. In order for the new vision to become effective, there must be Trust as the emotional glue that binds followers and leaders together. In effect, positioning and trust are interwoven into the most fundamental activities of leaders: All leaders face the challenge of overcoming resistance to change. Some try to do this by exercise of power and control, but have reckoned that there better ways to overcome resistance to change. In order to overcome resistance to change, it may involve the achievement of voluntary commitment to shared values. We should focus on the leader that generate new views of the future and may be a genius at synthesizing and articulating them, but this make a difference only when the vision has been successfully communicated throughout he organization and effectively institutionalized as a guiding principle. Leaders are powerful as the ideas that they can communicate. In all organizations, the leader’s basic philosophy must be “We have seen what this organization can be, we understand the consequences of that vision, and now we must act to make it so.” Most important, a vision cannot be established in an organization by edict, or by exercise of power or coercion. This was the SPLM/A style for reunification in the aftermath of the split on August 28 1991. It has been often an act of persuasion, of creating enthusiastic and dedicated commitment to a vision because it is the right for the times, right for the organization, and right for the people working at it.
In all universal established bureaucracies, organizations, governments, super mega financial institutions the problems that they all have been facing are as follows: – 1) All leaders face the challenge of overcoming resistance to change. Failed leaders often tried to do this by simple exercise of power and control, but effective leaders, learn that three are better ways to overcome resistance to change–this involves the achievement of voluntary commitment to shared values in a symphony orchestra or the small island we called the Philharmonic; we could realize the state of true civiltd-considerate civility among equals. I hope it was not an illusion. He said that he had to say one negative word. Even in this delicate situation, I explained my views to the order of orchestra. I did not superimpose them. The right response, if forced, is not the same as the right response when it comes out of conviction.
(2) A leader often must broker the needs of constituencies both within and without the organization. The brokering function requires sensitivity to the need of many stakeholders and a greater sense of the organization’s position.
(3) The leaders is responsible for the set of ethics or norms that govern the behavior of people in the organization. At the end, a good and successful leader must demonstrate their own commitment and to the set of ethics that they are trying to institutionalize. In the case of South Sudan, leaders have lack or the absence thereof to equality, social responsibility, innovation, and dedication.
Without the shadow of a doubt, that South Sudan leaders have failed completely in setting the tone by choosing carefully the people with whom they surrounded themselves., by communicating a sense of purpose for the organization, by reinforcing appropriate behavior, and articulating these moral positions to external and internal constituencies. Conclusively, trust, integrity, and positioning are all different faces of a common property of leadership-that ability to integrate those who must act with that which must be done so that it all comes together as a single organism in harmony with itself and its niche ii the environment. This is the nutty situation in South which led to its demised or failure that moved it from stateless to statelessness. Specifically, South Sudan leaders have failed because they lack or the absence thereof of trust and good communications with the governed in the country. In all organizations, the accumulation of trust is a measure of the legitimacy of the leadership. It cannot be mandated or purchased, it must be earned. In essence, Trust is the basic ingredient of all organizations, the lubrication that maintains the organization, and, as we have already stated, it is as mysterious and elusive a concept as leadership—-and as important.
A vision is a target beckons. For example, when the US President John F. Kennedy set a goal of putting a man on the moon by 1970 or Stanford Weill aimed to make the American Express the world’s leading investment banking company in five years, the were focusing attention on worthwhile and attainable achievements. We must also reckon the vision always refers to a future state, a condition that does not exist and ever existed before. With a vision, the leader provides the all-important bridge from the present to the future of the organization or the institutionalized state.
Given, the concurrent situation in South Sudan a priori to the split and post-split up to the ongoing civil war firstly as a treacherous ethnocentric (tribal) warfare or as if a bloody civil war, based on the changes that have occurred, we could remove the concept of treacherous tribal warfare to a civil war because almost all the ethnicities have rebelled to become legitimatized Constitutional Militias similar to the American Revolution (4th July 1775) led by the 10% or less of the population then under the command of George Washington in their struggle against the Crown for their political independence for the countrydom from the United Kingdom, the French Revolution or The Bastille Day (14th July 1789), the Bolshevik Revolution in October 1917 in Russia, and all the post-Industrial Revolutions, Europeanization of the world or colonization to the rise of decolonization or the national liberation movements, they followed the roots or the footsteps or the bootstraps of the Franco-American Revolutions. Actually, what goes on now in South Sudan has been undifferentiated from the previous revolutions except that difference has been pre-determined by time and space- relegated them into different categories.
OBJECTIVE
The CMA objective prime interest would be to remove the tyrant, to usher bringing about peace, social justice, unity of purpose and of equals, to end the concurrent social disarrayed in the failed state that moved from stateless to stateless. The CMA has been designed to give hope and to keep hope alive to the people of South Sudan as a whole. We could not agree more with the US President John F. Kennedy writes that “A man may die, many nations may rise and fall, but the idea lives on.” The rise and fall of the State in South Sudan is a blessing in disguise. Gautama Buddha writes that “Better it is to live one day seeing the rise and fall of things than to live a hundreds without ever seeing the rise and fall of things.” This is comparatively clear and loud experience we have undergone in the past 5-year of genocide, the Holocaust, ethnic cleansing committed by Salva Kiir’s de facto and illegitimate regime and his cronies against all non-Dinka nationalities.
CMA is tenable reasonable alternative solution that would give hope to change the concurrent state of confusion, disillusionment, and dreadful disarrayed throughout South Sudan. CMA could provide an alternative as a safety valve or peaceful and political solution to the concurrent ongoing warfare without end insight or light in the tunnel for the people of South Sudan that neither Salva Kiir nor Dr. Riek Machar SPLA-IO and SPLA-IG, including its splintered appendices could not admit become incompatible and incapable of producing an appropriate tenable reasonable alternative solution.
CMA objective would be to stand up tall yearning for peace, social justice, equality, reunification, reconciliation, forgiveness, but never again to forget the past. Professor George Lukas writes that “Those who forget the past are bound to repeat it.” The Reverence John Haggee made us walk through centuries, and learn from the mistakes of the past. He states it loud and clear that “Those who fail to remember the mistakes of the past are doom to repeat them in the future. History reveals humanity’s triumphs and failures, giving us a compass for the future.” Nobody takes the law into their own hands, but let the law takes its own recourse and discourse on the committed crimes of genocide—defined as the gravest and the greatest crimes against humanity by International law, the UN Charter, the International Court of Justice [ICJ], and the International Criminal Court [ICC] and the pending African Hybrid Criminal Court (AHCC). The armed opposition has been in a state of disarrayed because of lack or the absence there of “causative” transformative leadership, concrete agenda, attention through vision–meaning through communication, trust through positioning, the deployment of self, and the lack or the absence thereof of leader’s empowerment from Dr. Riek Machar’s leadership inability and incapability. CMA as a “We the people” movement, it could be empowered to take away a big bite from the SPLA-IO and SPLA-IG, from many disarrayed cadres from both the SPLA-IO, the SPLA-IG and their appendences, respectively, to join the newly created CMA. The SPLA that splintered itself into four or so has already failed and could not reunited no matter what happens. As a consequence, the people of South Sudan need a new third movement to reunite the people, to reintegrate the failed state, to usher peace, social justice, equality, and the reconstruction of the destroyed social fabric and infrastructural development.
CMA objective would be to keep off the vultures and hyenas from hijacking the leadership this time around. We call on the entire opposition patriots and nationalists to reunite, to reposition, to excommunicate, and to repower themselves. We must drive out these vultures and hyenas that wanted to hijack what we labored for during the last 5-year or so. The premiere grandiose ambition of the CMA could bring about change throughout the Habeas Corpus (skeleton) of the state. We, [the people] of South Sudan we could not agree more with Iyanla Vazant that:
“No matter is going on in your life today, remember, it is only preparation. People come and go; Situations rise and fall; it’s preparation for better things. You stretch, reach, grow into your goodness. Without preparations we receive through adversity, disappointment, confusion, or ppain, we could not appreciate the goodness when it arrives.”
CMA is a premiere national political and military movement that encompasses all ethnocentric (tribal) Citizens of South Sudan formulating into a legitimate Constitutional Militia by “WE the people” have created a Constitutional Militia to secure, to redeem, to reconstruct, to reunite, to reintegrate, to reconcile, and to forgive, but not to forget the past. Most important, we do envisage or envision socioeconomic reconstruction through Marshal Plan similar to Euro-Marshal Plan at the end of the Second World War (WWII) (1939-1945). It has been purposely intended to disrupt apart with sharper surgical knives the SPLM/A claims to have predominant political advantage in the South Sudan. The people have affront rejected th proposal by Dr. Riek Machar’s a few days ago that called for the SPLA-IO and SPLA-IG each to have 42% of power and that the UN should administer South Sudan for a period 18-months. No rebel opposition would concede to this idea. So it’s indicative that Dr. Machar’s is a real political failure and that lacks strong vision to change things around. CMA would benefit a great deal from such mistakes and we would ask the defectors from these two organizations that destroyed the people hard won revolution to quit SPLA-IO and the SPLA-IG to join CMA as an alternative people’s movement. CMA would rest assured the participants of the so-call political parties in the Ethiopian Capital of Addis-Ababa that such rounds of talks geared towards finding conflict resolution would not become congruent with the people’s power, needs, and wants. The Addis-Ababa round of talks are doomed to failure and no matter what the IGAD mediators do, peace remains pretty far away in the Galaxy and the Twin light Zone, respectively. Conclusively, such rounds of talks are what we may termed as “No Action Talks Only” (NATO) that are wasting of time, money, and energy. CMA presumes that peace could only be achieve only through a comprehensive and inclusive representation and participatory Dialogue par cum pari (equal) amongst all South Sudanese to be chaired by President Field Marshal Hassan Omer Hassan Al- Bashir of Sudan.
Affirmatively, Addis-Ababa rounds of talks have been already doomed from their inceptions and could not produce desirable peace, but more and more frustration, disarrayed, war, suffering, pain, mental anguish, and further disillusionment. This is no joke, but a political reality that must and ought to be accepted as such without any qualms. CMA is not pretty much concerned, whether it would be invited or not to the revitalization of 2015 Peace Agreement, it would reject any outcome with or without its participation. Therefore, any partial conflict resolution would become unacceptable and the war would continue to escalate and further to escalate, thusly, causing more death, destruction and no peace at end, unfortunately. If IGAD mediators assume that only a selected few could bring about peace in South Sudan, we say and salute them by saying that they have taken the wrong turn that could they regret at the end of the day because the war would not stop because of Addis-Ababa useless rounds of talks. For South Sudanese who are beating the drum of peace, we say to them do not hold your breathes because we still have a bloody war looming in South Sudan, you are not out of the woods yet, and have not seen anything yet. We should put it straightforward like the former US Secretary of State Professor Henry Kissinger’s referring to the brewing war in the Arab-Israelis conflict in the Middle East said he that “ If You Cannot Hear the Drums of War in South Sudan You are Deaf.” This is what I envisage as the founder and the Interim Chairman of the CMA that could really become the most popular “We the People’s” movement that could attract and capture the minds and souls of a disarrayed South Sudanese with envisaged or envision outfit in the war-ravage and war-torn South Sudan. There is still a pretty long and bloody civil war in South Sudan as long as Salva Kiir and his cronies in power in Juba.
For Dr. Machar has already become a well known a failed leader without national consciousness and possesses a pretty dark or devilish heart feeling for any highly educated qualified Nuer intelligentsia intellectual to rise to power compared to what the Nuer nation had done for him for 33-year and did nothing for them, but destruction, to weakening them politically and ideologically, and accumulated plenty of wealth at the expense of his own people. As per Dr. Lam Akol who has prostituted his wisdom to become the “ins” and the “outs” politician, and a loner in the wilderness, murderer, and job opportunist or one of the political vultures and hyenas, they are all absolutely finished politicians that must exit the political scene in South Sudan to search, to ask, to seek, and to find new grandiose positions or to sit down to enjoy their blood accumulated funds at the expense of their dead followers in the war in South Sudan.
As far as the people of South Sudan are concerned, SPLA has been already a dead outfit that waits only for its final nail to nail its coffin for its lasting rites sand burial forever in South Sudan. Enough is enough with the SPLM/A. It has to go, including its “non-transformative leadership” and diehard communists. CMA has been created as an alternative organization by the none-SPLA silent majority of cadres within the non-SPLA-IO that was in alliance with Dr. Machar’s until Friday, 8 July 2016 events that was already turned upside-down, killed, and buried so many times by Taban Deng Gai’s [Alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg Siddig Ibrahim] on Friday, 8 July 2016 that that put to the brink the life of his brother-in-law Dr. Riek Machar with only a few million dollars similar to the 33 pieces of Silver that Jesus Christ, the King of the Jews, was betrayed to the bad guys by one fellow his owns disciples and a fellow Jew Judas Iscariot with a kiss on the chick in the Garden Gethsemane. This was first criminal case trailed recorded that was Pontius Pilate vs. Jesus, the King of the Jews followed by criminal trials that have fascinated people and political cultures in which they occurred. Historically, criminal trials both reflected the values of the culture in which they occurred. They have absorbed attention in every epoch of every society we know and often altered its destiny.
CMA is a real people’s movement with the purpose and intent with unity of purpose of equals to bring about truly Republican Movement to usher democratic transformation through a chosen direction or a vision that a leader must have a developed mental image of possible and desirable future state of the organization. This image, which we call a “vision,” may be vague as a dream or as precise as a goal set or mission statement. Succinctly, the critical point to remember that we try to register is that a “vision,” per se, articulates a view of a realistic, credible, attractive future for the organization, a condition that is better in some important ways than what now exists.
CMA objective is that without the people [CMA) there could be no form of Constitutional Republic Government and peace could not remain fair away in the Galaxy to return to South Sudan or never. Whatsoever efforts undertaken by the IGAD mediators by excluding many other factions, legitimate political, non-political parties, civil organizations and the military factions could become a miscalculated mistake that could escalate further South Sudan civil war that begun as a treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war that could produce further bloodshed with catastrophic consequences not only for South Sudan, but could spill over the entire region of the Horn of Africa and beyond.
CMA believes that Government is created by the majority of the “We the people.” We the people are sovereigns over the newly created government, and government, per se, is a servant for its creators “We the people”. Based on the above-mentioned, peace could not return to South Sudan without the CMA representation and participating in the peace process. Liked recently the US Secretary of State commenting on the brewing war in the Middle East he that “If You Cannot Hear the Drums of War You Must be Deaf “ In the same vein “If the IGAD mediators Cannot Hear the Drums of War They Must be Deaf.” Surely, South Sudan could continue the war for long duration of time that the UN in the years ahead could not afford to handle and peace would not come through the IGAD mediators, the UN organization, and the AU, but only through direct and face-to- face negotiated settlement amongst South Sudanese under the guidance and the good auspices of the good Offices President/Field Marshal Omer Hassan El-Bashir of Sudan. We have doubts about the IGAD mediators that stamped from the fact that it got itself entangled in the war and has taken side. Therefore, it could not become an “impartial peace mediator” because of converging and diverging conflicts of interests. This is the bottom line.
CMA controls over 95% the countryside and over 90% of the civilians’ population throughout South Sudan. We urge and appeal to rebel movements to unite against the genocidal, barbaric, and ethnocentric (tribal), de facto, neo-fascists and neo-Nazis regime in Juba and to replace it with the Constitutional government of the people, by the people, and for the people. In short, in despite of the help that Juba receives from some IGAD mediators’ countries, Sudan rebel forces mercenaries or rebel without a cause, and Egypt, they have failed, made no headway or a dent, and they have realized that they could not defeat the armed opposition. In the end though, they we would say with great rest assurances that we have survived the greatest and ferocious assault from the IGAD mediators’ and we could take over the reign of the people’s power because the state has already failed and moved from stateless to statelessness similar to Somalia in the Horn of Africa.
CMA would like strongly and critically to advice the IGAD mediators’ that they should be aware of three (3) things as follows that:-
1) All the so-called opposition parties assembled in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia, less CMA, they cannot achieve peace or make peace returns to South Sudan. They have not survived capabilities and abilities to wage war. Most important, most or all of these so-called opposition parties are truly the appendices of SPLA-IG or the flagship or the SPLM mother ship or the SPLM Armada; and they could not survive with the SPLA-IG. They have been the linchpins and parasites within the SPLA-IG, including the so-called Dr. Lam Akol’s NDM and General Sawaka’s NAS and the G-10 of Pagan Amoum’s disturbing the world’s about the rise of technocrats government in South Sudan as if he had the capabilities and the capacity to management it,….etc. They have no presence on the ground and the only entity that the capabilities to wage war have been the SPLA-IO and CMA/SSRA (SSDF) as its allay have been clearly recognized presence on the ground throughout South Sudan.
2) We the victims of genocide would be seeking social justice to be done and we would be the only and truly us to eloquently present our case before the IGAD mediators to have our say in the august gathering. We would like to inform the IGAD mediators that our fight is about positions or Dr. Machar’’s dismissal as the FVP, but the purpose and intent of the regime targeted the Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. Let’ assume hypothetically that the IGAD mediators’’ failed to understand and to underscore this point, whatsoever they have committed themselves to undertake in South Sudan would be doomed to failure and has been a wrong starter.
3) The case of the Nuer nation and its resilient people could not be represented by a non-Nuer leader like Dr. Lam Akol Ajawien for what he does not deserve. We know that he and General Thomas C. Sawaka are being groomed mentored by the IGAD mediators’ and Museveni’s of Uganda and Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenyatta in particular as being the most corrupt and two necessary evils on the planet-Earth and in Africa. We would like to state it loud and clear that neither nor Lam Akol and Thomas C. Sawaka would ever reach the pinnacle of power in South Sudan. Lam Akol and other Shilluk (Chollo) leaders like Akol, Pagan Amoum, Wicyach Deng Ajak, Dr. Peter Adok others are all in a state of disarrayed and a hell of confusion. They wanted power through the back door of the Nuer nation that could not happen now and forever.
4) The last tried by the Nuer nation and its resilient people because of their traditional advanced open federal-like democracy, egalitarianism and kinship was the raison d’être that late John Garang that was uplifted by the Nuer nation from abject poverty, de classie to become famous and died as a multimillionaire through the sweat and blood of the Nuer cadres. Further, the Nuer victory against Khartoum was hijacked by the US lobbyists and awarded it to the Late John Garang.
5) All the vultures and hyenas lurking around should know and understand that Dr. Riek Machar’s is not the only highly educated Nuer because so many well educated Nuers could replace him within a matter of seconds or minutes. As per Dr. Lam Akol, he is obsolete and should reckon that the death of more than 200, including 38 Nuer Officers that he murdered without offenses committed in Hamra except they were Nuer Senior Nuer Officers. In the addition, 40 others were murdered conjointly in Thoar or Panthow (Higgilich) of the SSLA and the recently Lt. General Gabriel Tangene could surely haunt him for the rest of his life until the end of time or until death depart. He (Dr. Akol) should know that no matter whatsoever he does, he remains as the most wanted man dead or alive by the families of those that he murdered, including the late Gabriel Tanggene and the entire nation. As far as the Nuer Community is concerned, Dr. Lam Akol is wanted or alive. Therefore, he should keep off from having anything to do with the Nuer Community.
6) We forewarned any Nuers that ally himself or to become a yes-man or followers of Dr. Lam Akol a killer and murderer of the Nuer people, could become useless and should know that they could not do any good for the Nuer nation ever. They could become classified as the “Nuer Yuieni” (Nuer for the money) or what the Jieng [Dinka] sarcastically termed as “Nuer Wew” (Nuer for the money) in Juba. Surely, al the people of South Sudan shall prevail in the provocative war for power control and the money by Salva Kiir and his cronies. The Nuer should know that “charity begins at home.” We must and ought to reunite our ranks and files as a great nation with a great people before we could venture to unite with our fellow South Sudanese and the rest will be added. This is our time to reach to the Mountain top and would surely reach it by any means necessary. “United we stand, divided we fall.” Forward back never or in Nuer language “Thile loic jok, bana wa ke wa ke wa nhiam. “
We would like to make it straightforward loud and clear that Dr. Lam Akol cannot and will not become the President of South Sudan and no matters what happens and who grooms and mentors him for such a position that without the consent of the majority, it could become a waste of time, money, and energy. President Museveni of Uganda and Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya should refrain from deeply interfering into South Sudan domestic affairs. So too with the mentors of Thomas Sawaka and Dr. Lam Akol are pouring more oil on fire because the majority could not let either one of them could not become President not because they hail from minority groups, but they have biases and prejudices and exposed bad hatred and racial slurs or epithetic characters that could not qualified them to govern. But they are wicked and could re-plunge South Sudan again into another real bloody civil war.
Dr. Akol claims to have created the National Democratic Movement (NDM) that embraced unrealistic and ineffective movement in South Sudan. Schematic plan f Dr. Lam Akol’s is geared towards being anti-Nuer nation and its resilient people and its leadership and the Shilluk (Chollo) that have joined and united with the Nuer to fight together as equals. As a Nuer intellectual of an American brand, I have no exclusive tribal tendencies. For Dr. Lam Akol killed many Nuers and does think he could get away with that? He could not succeed in his cronyisms and attempts to divide the Nuer leadership. If Dr. Riek Machar’s has failed, he could be removed and to be replaced any other highly educated Nuers, but never by ever Dr. Lam Akol. On behalf of the Nuer nation and its resilient people, our simple advice to Dr. Akol would be to keep hands off from the Nuer nation and its people. Where does NDM exist? Where and who are its cadres and its army? We could recall that we had personally warmed Dr. Akol’s with due respect that he should return to the Shilluk (Chollo) traditional Kingdom to organize his fellow subjects and to return with them united to compete in the democratic process.
To my friend and Brother Lt. – General Johnson Oolong, he should become beware where you are and pay no lips services to Dr. Lam Akol that had designed to kill you once you make any moves to leave IO as one its best senior commanders. Thusly, he failed to undo that. Shilluk (Cholllo) comprises of a population of between 130,00-150,000 of the Shilluk traditional Kingdom that does not care about Dr. Akol at all, and he is in big conflict with the Reth (King) of the Shilluk who is the spiritual and the temporal leader of all Shilluk subjects and there could be “No Shilluk above the Reth.” We would like to let Dr. Akol knows that he is already out of the loop, but not inside the loop and that no matter what he does, he could not become the President because the traditional Kingdom’s laws and norms could not allow him because he could not be above the Reth of the Shilluk as a whole.
Conclusively, Dr. Akol’s would have no option, but to voluntarily step down from vying for the Office of the President in South Sudan. If the majorities say “No” that would be it and that would be real democracy. On the contrary, if the majority says, “Yeah,” so goes the decision and that would be real democracy as well. As I see it from where I sit, Dr. Lam Akol could not become the President without the approval of the majority and this also applies to any minority persons. Of course, there are good ones that could lead and keep the country united, but too many of them are corrupt and only after Dialectic materialism, music, drinking and pleasure…. that’s all life. When this war is over and the country become a federal system, it would become pretty difficult for Dr. Lam Akol and the Dinka Bor leaders, including Bahr-el-Ghazal to vying for the President of the Republic because they have been responsible for the incitement of the war, genocide or democide, ethnic cleansing, war crimes and crimes against humanity and other heinous crimes committed against humanity and other humiliations that they have done, which they ought not to have done. Nevertheless, the real intention would not be concentrated on positions, but peace, social justice, and equality for all. We have learned something from the Rwanda’s Experience under the leadership of President Paul Kagame of Rwanda. We would be vying for transformative leadership, but a weaker leadership similar to Salva Kiir and the weakest and undereducated and unenlightened ones that wanted to jump on to the saddle or the horseback. They got to be stopped before they could get on board in the front seat.
CMA Interim Pro-Tempt President Ambassador/Professor David de Chand of the de jure and legitimate Government of South Sudan in exile and in liberated areas of South that constituted 95% of the countryside has been selected by the majority to become the Pro-Tempore President of South Sudan. We should soon declare as such before we could go for the next round of talks of the IGAD next round of talks in my capacity as the President of the South Sudan Democratic Front Party (SSDF), Citizen Militias Army- In-Opposition (CMA-IO) formed on the historical basis, ideals and principles of the Franco-American Revolutions, respectively. We are undergoing process of preparation for the Declaration of the government in exile, liberated areas, and the tasks ahead. If we should be denied the right to participate by the IGAD mediators’, we would remain in exile as the legitimate authority with the majority supporting it. We have no links with Dr. Machar’s IO already destroyed by Taban Deng Gai. Nevertheless, we are the nucleus of the IO. It was us who saved Dr. Machar and Taban Deng Gai (alas Mohammad Hassan El-Hagg Siddiq Ibrahim) that betrayed us for the sake of a few millions of dollars that could sooner or later wither away. We could continue with the war to the maximum until IGAD would call us for peace talks. There would be no peace in South Sudan without comprehensive and inclusive representation and participation of all factions in the revitalization of the 2015 peace process and its reversion to the Ten (10) original states with all their inherited colonial boundaries as demarcated by the British colonial government on 1.1.1956 and post-split of South Sudan from Sudan-the mother country- on 9 July 2011. Succinctly, all euphorically created states by both Salva Kiir and Dr. Riek Machar should be declared as invalidated or annulled and to be declared as null and void or unconstitutional.
CMA-IO is a new tenable reasonable alternative movement for the redemption of the state of South Sudan and its disunited, disintegrated, failed state that moved from stateless to statelessness. We should reconstruct or resuscitate the failed state through persistent, determination, motivation and guts and gusto in creating the management of trust that turns; vision; positioning; and transformative leadership. In all organizations in particular, positioning and trust are interwoven into the most fundamental activities of leaders:
THE RISING CMA STAR
The US President John F. Kennedy writes that “A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an ideas lives on.” Although South Sudan rise and fall, it would rise again because an idea of being a state lives on. Before We could proceed with brief analysis on the emerging majority movement otherwise shall be known herewith as the Citizen Militia Army-In Opposition (CMA-IO), it would be worth taking the time to explicate the concept to the readers, and the so-called “Opposition Parties” organized and misled by Dr. Lam Akol Ajawein and Thomas Cyrilio Sawaka, mentored and groomed by President Yuri Museveni of Uganda and President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya who have been the beneficiaries and became parcel and part of the problem rather than solution in the ongoing war in South Sudan and in this hall as participatory peace mediators’ in the Ethiopian Capital of Addis-Ababa. Realistically, All IGAD mediators’ involved in the war fighting for Juba as a pre-requisite must and ought to divorce or withdrawal from the revitalization peace process in South Sudan. They could become the fighters and peace mediators’. They could have to two masters’ they would have to love one and hate the other. No matter how much President Yuri Museveni and President Uhuru Kenyatta mentored and groomed both Dr. Lam Akol and General Sawaka for the leadership to replace the Nuer-majority from power, the likelihood of democracy in reverse that gives minority the right to with majority rights, could happen anywhere in the world, including Uganda and Kenya alike. Universally, it is always the majority rule with minority rights. Neither Dr. Lam Akol nor Sawaka could assume leadership if the majority failed to accept such a reverse democracy.
We would be obliged to make clear the meaning of CM-IO. Nowadays, when people hear about the terms “Militias” and “Terrorisme (French),” they become shivering for what we do not know. Because the terms Militias and terrorism are not negative at all, but such negativity attachments have been orchestrated and painted on them in the recent years to twist, to deceive, to manipulate, and to manure in the international geo-political theaters that have turned negatively the international system around or upside down. Without the shadow of a doubt, some countries have intensively utilized negatively the usage of the terms preceded terminologies to advance their political advantages by incorporating negative definitions and explanations. to achieve their organized strategic international security interests and their defined attainable and projected achievable objectives and goals against those seeking their legitimate right to the exercise of the right to self-determination and human rights law guaranteed to all peoples under international law, international humanitarian law, human rights law and human right protection globally. The SPLM/A was (and still is) militia movement.
Realistically, in my capacity as a student of international relations, international law, and international political economy, all existing nation-states, developed or industrialized societies or industrialized nation and or otherwise known as the First World, industrializing and under developing nation-states, including the failed state like South Sudan that moved from stateless to statelessness similar to Somalia in 1992 in the aftermath of the fall of the General Mohammad Sayiad Barrie in Mogadishu in 1992 up to present. The second category of the First World that comprises the majority of the world’s nation-states has been defined and collectively termed as the “Third World” in accordance with the micro-macroscopically perspective, definition, and the jargon of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (The World Bank), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the European Central Bank (ECB), and the emerging BRICS Bank in the Republic of South Africa (RSA) created by Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa (BRICS) could assuredly pose a tough challenge to the existing the IBRD, the IMF, and the ECB.
Both Militias and terrorism neither have nor unifying definition in the UN Charter and international law. However, we could concede that one man’s militia/terrorist could be another man’s liberator and one man’s terrorism could also become another man’s liberator as well. In the international system, it would be fair to say that all the big armies on the planet-Earth started as militias or could trace their roots of historical epoch and development as militia. Therefore, if there are people that called them as militias or terrorists for the sole purposes of achieving a collectively set goal and objective, well and good, they should neither be stigmatized nor painted negatively as being the bad guys on the block. Many African leaders came up to power positioning not by of organized legitimate Republican democratic elations based on Adult Suffrage through a secret ballot box of man one vote and one woman one vote and equals as the people’s choice, but rather they almost assumed power through authoritarian means or by means of militias, terrorism, and they have installed themselves as the philosopher Kings or leaders governing their respective countries by the power of guns or by any means necessary.
For instance, President Musveni of Uganda assumed power more than 40-year ago through constitutional organized militias or otherwise termed as terrorists against the democratically Field Marshal President Idi Amin Dada who also came to power through a military coup d’état or terrorism against the democratically elected President Milton Obote. Thusly, in my capacity as a political scientist/political economist, international relations and international law expert, almost all heads of state and governments in Sub-Saharan Africa assumed power through the ultimate means of militias and terrorism. Therefore, turning against the above-mentioned terminologies and regarding them as negative means of assuming power because such a premature-assumption could be detrimental and demonizing their legitimacies as de facto rather than de jure heads of state and governments in Africa.
In the pattern that African leaders assumed power in Africa, it’s also our right to claim that ladder until we could reach pinnacle of power to assume leadership with a vision in South Sudan. We are not that far to reach the mountain top and the pinnacle of power against the Jieng (Dinka) Dictator- for- life Salva Kiir and his cronies in South Sudan. We have the guts and gusto to overthrow Salva Kiir by any means necessary and any external inference as we have already experience from Kampala, this time around we are prepared to occupied Kampala let alone the adjacent territories closer to South Sudan that we could surely have legitimate historical claims because such lands and people were Southern Sudan which were illegally annexed to Uganda that never existed before 1895 when it became the Protectorate of Her Majesty the Queen of England and His Majesty the King of England. Certainly, we have intentions of altering the inherited colonial boundaries recognized under international law. Nevertheless, Uganda absolute , completed and total interference into the domestic affairs of South Sudan by supporting and another dictator like himself in Uganda could produce much more serious catastrophic consequences not only for the regime in Kampala that would be bound to go peacefully or violently compared to the Arab Spring or the Arab Streets that ousted the oldest dictators in North African nation-states such as Ben Ali’s Tunisia, Qaddafi’s Libya, Hosni Mubarak’s Egypt. Both South Sudan and Uganda could become the premiere states starter of the root causes of the African Spring or the African streets and there could be no one to blame on these tumultuous and treacherous incident except the Uganda Dictator for life Yuri Museveni of Uganda.
We urge and appeal on Uganda and Kenya and other IGAD mediator’s entities that fought(and still) fighting for Salva Kiir to coolly, gentile, and respectfully divorce or to exit without any preconditions or quid-pro-quos sine-qua-non to peace, par excellence, and to adequate vigorous revitalization of the peace process because they could not be “impartial” in decision-making against their ally in Juba. This is only fair because they cannot have the cake and eat it all. They already taken side henceforth it could impair decision-making because of strategic converging and diverging national interests, financial benefits and conflicts of interests. CMA-IO would surely boycott the revitalization process as long as IGAD mediator countries led by Uganda fighting CMA-IO rebel forces in South Sudan remained as participatory mediators states in such an august forum to design to return or to achieve lasting and durable peace, to relief pain, suffering and mental anguish, flourishing cannibalism in the Jieng Heartland and /or to make peace returns to relief or to reduce pain, suffering , and mental anguish to the poorer and innocent people of South Sudan.
CMA-IO asks not, seeks not, and finds not revenge against the Dinka folks. They should have no fear under the leadership of CMA- IO to design to replace the demons that have been killing us all without any exceptionalism in the motherland. They have had no regards and respect for anyone and it does not matter what ethnicity you belongs to as long as you are not one of the members of the demons and the cannibals in the SPLM/A genocidal outfit that we are determined to remove and to put the last nail on its coffin to bury it for forever lasting. The enemy of the people are the followers of Salva Kiir, Paul Malong Awan and their cronies and the their organized Specialized Twic Dinka Militias know as Mathiang Aynor, Bany Adut,…etc. that genocide, ethnically cleansed, massacred, murdered, humiliated the masses by burning people, rapping women and girls, burning or killing them aftermath of their dreadful sexual harassments’ ordeals .
These demonic leaders like Salva Kiir, Paul Malong Awan, Marial Chinor, Kuol Manyang Juuk, Makuei Lueth, Deng Wall, the hibernated Dr. Majak d’Aggoot the loyalists General Mach Paul, including other Dinka-Bor Officers and political leaders who perpetrated this ongoing war as a revenge for the 1991 Bor incident that was created or caused by the late John Garang and the Dinka-Bor Officers, Taban Deng Gai (Alas Mohamed Hassan El-Hagg Ibrahim), Dr. Riek Machar; the cannibals Daniel Awet Akot; and many others not mentioned herein by all standards of human civilizations and moralities, they have become far worse than Adolf Hitler who had targeted the Jews for extermination of more than 6 million Jews as a “final solution” in Europe during the Second World War (WWII) (1939-1945) in whole or in part. Salva Kiir the Adolf Hitler of South Sudan and Paul Malong Awan –equivalent to Herman Goring of the Nazi Luftwaffe (Nazi Air Force), targeted the Nuer nationality or ethnicity of South Sudan for extermination as a “final solution “in whole or in part.
These people have no conscious and moral conducts as such because they have become useless to South Sudan apart from keeping them all in the plenipotentiaries and jails for life without paroles as the ultimate best form of punishment that they all deserved. We do not believe in capital punishment for the lives that they have destroyed and could not be return forever and that would be what they should harshly judged by their creator for they would be judged accordingly in the same way that they judged others. Without the shadow of a doubt, our concurrent leaders and their cronies have brought us shame and failure to our hard won revolution that we so hard fought together and died together without any distinctions whether you are a Nuer, a Dinka, a Baria, a Zande… the bottom line was that we were all Southerners fighting for a probable real cause attached to our souls, hearts and minds for two scores and ten years with more than 2.5-3.5 million martyrs that could historically and legally gives an edge over African leaders who had neglected our struggle for so long and could give also the right to claim the title to become only to Algeria to known and written in the books of contemporary African and South Sudan political history as the land of a million martyrs. It’s Shame, shame, shame and indeed on the hostile, racist, ethnocentrism (tribalism), apartheid, genocidal, barbaric, and wicked regime in Juba.
CMA-IO calls for revitalization of 2015 peace process that Juba categorically, completely and totally rejected reconciliation; unity of purpose and of equal; reconstruction of the destroyed nation infrastructures; establishment of Constitutional Form of Government for South Sudan; socio-economic recovery or development through a really needed post-War Europe Marshall Plan from the industrialized countries, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (The World Bank), the IMF, and the ECB similarly to the post-war Marshal Plan for the reconstruction and regeneration or recovery of Europe. We have to have forgiveness, but not to forget the past. Professor George Lukas writes that “Those who forget the past are bound to repeat it. The Rt. Rev. John Hagee walks us through centuries, to learn from our mistakes of the past. He writes that “Those who fail to remember the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them in the future. History reveals humanity’s triumphs and failures, giving us a compass for the future.” We should all pledge and commit ourselves as a people as a whole, never again for what happened to be repeated in South Sudan soil. At the end comprehensive and lasting peace could return to South Sudan through the revitalization of the 2015 and a revert to the ten (10) States with their inherited colonial, post-colonial up to the split of South Sudan from the mother country- Sudan- on 9th July 2011. All states created by Silva Kiir and Dr. Riek Machar in the post-split should be invalidated and to be declared as null and void.
CMA-IO NEW STRATEGY
All citizens of South Sudan shall regardless of ethnicity, tribe, national origin, religion, creed, gender without any pre-conditions or quid- pro- quos as sine-qua-non to peace, national reconciliation, national reintegration, and re-unification with all rights, duties, obligations as citizens with all rights and privileges are here request to join the CMA-IO peaceful and political march against the demonic leadership Juba to bring about a truly democratic transformation to South Sudan. We, the people can do this because we are now in the majority against the demonic minority virtually controlling the wealth for themselves and their families. Every citizen has a moral right, obligation, duty, honor, and country; and the right to serve in any capacity that he/she sees fit and could be called upon to report for military duty and to perform such duties, obligations, honor, and country, including other social responsibilities.
CMA should become the pool or the nucleus and the core and the crux of recruiting the army, the Marines, and the federal Minutemen or the National Guards that federal government could mobilize servicemen/women in case of a national emergency. Because all armies worldwide begun as militias, including the American (1775), the French (1789, and the Bolshevik (1917) revolutions, including other revolution and the African national liberation movements and the CMA-IO as well.
CMA-IO would be comprehensive and inclusive to reunite all the sons and the daughters of South Sudan to recreate one identity that encompasses many, but out one in South Sudan like in the United States of America, France, the UK, and the Netherlands cultural diversities or multiculturalism.
CMA shall become a “Republican” Movement that never rise and existed in Africa and created by the people or the governed where power always emanated from them for the purpose of establishing unity in diversity, cultural diversity or multiculturalism to co-habit or to co-exist under one roof in a heterogeneous multiparty federal democracy in South Sudan. Based on the above pronouncement, it should always be mindful of the National pride, unity in diversity, national reconciliation, forgiveness, but not to forget the past,
CMA-IO OBJECTIVE TO CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT FOR South Sudan
- Democracy is a two way street. One way is to have the will of the people expressed by way of Constitutional form of government. In other words that the people’s Voice to make their Choice without international communities to supersede elections to install a problem to the solution.
- Should supersede comes into purview, then, the majority of the people resist vigorously any confliction to their Choice, meaning continuation of war, suppressed humanitarian needs, to install lesser of the two evils. Solution is not evil, to the contrary, is to usher in the Chosen one whom the people expressed their voice by making choice without interruption and confliction.
- To validate that concept, the international communities must witness the election and to its successor ad hoc Only then peace can be witnessed to its success. If superseding cause comes into serious consideration, the support Ambassador/Professor David de Chand and former Senior National Expert in the Presidency, The Republic of Sudan, one without criminal past and the one who fought against genocide prior to the split of South Sudan from the mother country on 9 July 2011.
- All the parties who attended and will attend future peace in Addis-Ababa are criminals in nature and appendences of the SPLM-IG in nature without a Constitutional government to represent the majority’s choice.
- The only raison d’être my name is not mentioned, is because the criminals who purport to be the government don’t have any standing Army emanating from Constitutional Government. The Concurrent SPLA-IO Army that Dr. Machar’s claims, is majority is the people’s army, and Professor de Chand id the legitimate leader de jure leader of the SPLA-IO (soon to be CMA-IO) choice to usher in a true peace in South Sudan. The above-mentioned criminals wanted to hijack power to hold on tyrannical control of the people’s voice to exclude Professor David de who is better, highly qualified, experience diplomat and civil Servant and academic in the US, Europe/Africa, and a veteran of the US Army who is better choice as oppose to the lesser of two evils.
- SPLA-IO is not controlled by Riek Machar, Salva Kiir opposes SPLA-IO and its citizens, and including other future federal states citizens have joined SPLM-IO constituting the majority of South Sudanese fight against genocide and anti-corruption.
- Now the international communities must step back and analyze how peace can be gained by reinstalling criminal for the best result? This is a real classic political cognitive dissonance conduct. If that persists, then making same mistake over and over again to expect a different result, then it is insane to entertain political cognitive dissonance as a solution to the problem.
- Perhaps out of chaos there is order, but order can’t resolve chaos if chaos is emanating from order [political dissonance].
- The whole political system needs to be revamp by way of “Elections”, not to install a person against people’s wish. In the past history, donations were given generously to Salva Kiir for humanitarian relief, and such monies were unaccounted for, resulting from their pillaging to their deep pocket. Such Grand theft will continue should the superseding appointment of criminals into office with hope of different results .hospitals.
10) Corruption was triggered by the recent report published on Sudan-Tribune of September 11, 2013 (JUBA), where it was reported from the council for the Nuer Youth Union (NUYU) in South Sudan has impeached its President, John Chol, in vote of no confidence.
11) According to the report, John Puol as charged with embezzlement of 6,000 South Sudanese Pounds (SSP); an equivalent of $1,500 US dollars as well as collection of unauthorized fees of 1,500SSP from each Nuer University graduates who graduated from 2007-2013.
12) Corruption benefits few and leaving vast majority of the people inaccessible to the national resources. For instance, during the Interim Period (2005-2011) the country national resources were shared among officials in the Government of Southern Sudan [GOSS] , leaving it in economic shambles or ruins.
13) The silence of the of the then government of Southern Sudan on the face of serious corruption saw billions of dollars disappeared without any trace. The corruption was being practiced at the government’s face. However, the then GOSS was playing and ostrich politics of putting its head into the sand imagining that the danger id gone, which eventually will kill it. Former First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar was paid US$300 by the Chinese oil Consortia to prevent the destruction of the Palloch Oil wells that made its production to be reduced to 48% capacity of oil production per day. Prior to that period, Palloch oil wells in northeastern State of Upper Nile almost shut down, it used to produce 150,000 barrels per day.
14) Further, Dr. Machar was paid another US$400m by the same Chinese oil consortia to silence Machar’s leadership comprised of Taban Deng Gai (Alas Mohammad Hassan El-Hagg Siddig Ibrahim) and Madam Angelina Machar and their closed relatives to keep quiet about the serious environmental pollution committed by the same Chinese in Rubkoni, Unity States to silence the so-called leadership to render them into submission..
14) Further, Dr. Machar’s collected big cash through the captured of Tanzania plan and its pilot alive in Panyigar County in the late last year 2017 that was prematurely released per Dr. Riek Machar’s whilst still in castration or detention in South Africa, including three (3) Engineers capture by IO fighters which Dr. Riek Machar ordered their released with undisclosed funds from the Chinese, Malaysian, Indians, and Pakistani oil Engineers in Palloch in northeastern oil rich Nuerland in the State of Upper Nile.
15) Corruption became so deadly that it killed the m oral fabric that is so valuable to all of us. The officials in the government reached the extent of transporting money in coffins like dead people to be buried in Kampala, Uganda, and Nairobi, Kenya, unfortunately. If these were dead people or cadavers or corpses, the call could have been buried in South Sudan. Why the GOSS official had to transport the dead to East Africa as if we have no land for their burials. The situation was really embarrassing and pathetic. The government officials have lost South Sudanese moral standards, social fabric and inherent traditions.
16) There are areas of the country where humanitarians have been unable to deliver assistance and programs for extended periods, that compounds already dire food security and nutrition situations. One example to cite is the Opposition- held terror of Greater Baggari, near Wau, which is classified in emergency- again a step from famine- and where agencies have been able to deliver aid only sporadically due to access denials and SPLA roadblocks. The situation will get even worse without an improvement to access.
17) In recent weeks, the GOSS as well as Opposition forces alike and non-state armed actors have continue to interfere with the delivery of humanitarian assistance to Liwolo in Kajo-Keji County, non-state armed actors continue to deny access in areas outside Yei and Mundri towns, and opposition forces have denied access and opposition forces have denied access in areas outside in Torit County’s Guyoro town. Access blockage to a waste disposal site in Bentiu also continues despite assurances from the Governor that humanitarian agencies would be provided unhindered access to the site.
18) Could superseding elections be a savant decision to contemplate and anticipate genuine result for betterment of South Sudan against people’s wish for the de jure Constitutional form of government? When would we learn from previous or past and present history of mistakes?
19) In early November, President Kiir released a Republican Order or Decree for the free, unimpeded and unhindered movement of Humanitarian Assistance Conveys. I do seri0usly and doubtfully take not note of this order, which enshrines existing international obligations. We urge for it to be translated into concrete actions and deeds and instructions at all levels to remove in practice on the ground. In other words, South Sudan should be declared by the international as a freed flying zone and that “sovereignty no longer belongs to Juba, but with the suffering people of South Sudan.” Because, as we have said, that is not happening now, because the present purported governmental officials are not keen and true to their actions.

The victims of Salva Kiir’s and his cronies genocide and cronies in South Sudan shall and will overcome such a “gravest and the greatest” crimes against humanity in the world and South Sudan in particular. Thusly, in revolution, you lead, you follow or you get the hell out of the way before you could be bulldozed down on the ground by a mighty force that is above and beyond your strength. We call upon all the victims of genocide and ethnic cleansing and rapes by the SPLA soldiers to know that they are cannibals, savages, uncivilized and to know as John F. Kennedy writes that “ A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but the idea leaves on.”
In the case of Salva Kiir’s and his cronies they could not be there for so long because they could all become dead cadavers because the international community has discovered what they have done, which they ought not to have done. The international community through the UN Charter and the Universal Human Rights Declarations, they could not escape the cage because the world’s retrospect to the end of WWII (1939-1945) based on the German authorities carnage against Euro-Jews during the WWII (1939-1945) what the world learned about Holocaust, the systematic attempt by German authorities to kill every Jew no matter where found-to destroy; and the Nuer and other non-Jieng [Dinka] ethnicities were targeted for extermination as a final solution in whole or in part. Who would want to live with these cannibals, savages, uncivilized, uncouth, scamps, Skaggs, and lesser humankind?
We urge and appeal to all victims of genocide to be patience because the world’s is on our side and the criminal would be punished to the maximum and the international community fails to do so, we would have no choice, but to avenge the death of our beloved ones in cold blood the Jieng criminals, thugs, renegades and hooligans. We shall overcome these crimes like the Jews, the Tutsis, the Kurds, Armenians and all genocide victims worldwide. I would be obliged to leave all the victims’ of the gravest and the greatest crimes against human with following words from Iyanla Vanzant that “ No matter what is going on in your life today, remember, it is only preparation. People come and go; situations rise and fall; it’s all preparation for better things. You must stretch, reach, grow into your goodness. Without the preparation we receive through adversity, disappointment, confusion, or pain, we could not appreciate the goodness when it arrives.” For any perpetrators of the crimes of genocide, with the Dinka Bor leaders and military Officers and cannibals and savages Twic Jieng from Bhar-el-Ghazal, they would become the primary targets and they should remember that this war would not be over until the end of times, it would be an idea that lives on. If the Jieng thought it was a tactic to tame or to scare the Nuer rising power as potentially the richest nation in ecological wealth in South Sudan, they have awaken a sleeping giant that would make the necessary responses against the Jieng terrorists and Militias until they are destroyed or captured dead or alive. Even if South Sudan were to be divided into three regional authorities, there could be reconciliation, but not to forget the past.
CMA-O: STANDS FOR UNITY IN DIVERSITY, CULTURAL DIVERSITY, AND MULTICUTURALISM
Citizens Militia Army-In Opposition (CMA- IO) encompasses all tribal citizens of South Sudan formulating into a Militia by the We the People created a Constitutional Militia to secure safety from genocides, economic prosperity denied by despotic thieves without representation, quality of life as oppose cannibalism caused by the SPLA-IO, SPLM-IO, and all the familiar acronyms are no part of CMA-IO, because all mentioned SPLM/IO leaders caused genocides and resulted into cannibalism. Thusly, CMA is a Constitutional Militia created by the We the People as the de jure government of the Ten Sovereign States based on their inherited colonial and post-colonial and the split from the Mother country Sudan in 2011. Any arbitrary states created by both Salva Kiir and Dr. Riek Machar would be considered as invalided, to be declared as null and void. Such de facto states are unconstitutional and illegitimate in terms of the Constitutionalism as the supreme document in the land.
WHY MILITIA IS NECESSARY?
Look around you and at past History of the United States Revolution and the 10% of its citizens joined onto one banner to seek freedom over tyranny. United States Constitution defines Militia. CMA-IO is one of South Sudan liberation movements compared to and existing liberations movements that only exist by name s and neither do have presence neither on the ground nor the ability and capacity to make war compared to CMA-IO that the, methodology ability and capacity to make war and the ability fight it. CMA is a movement that will replace acrimony SPLA-IO and shall heretofore to be known as CMA-IO. It is not and will not become part and parcel of Dr. Machar’s SPLA –IO that has been already part and parcel of the SPLA-IG because of it having signed the Arusha Declaration. CMA-IO is an independent revolutionary movement of the people by the people and for the people. CMA-IO has been and will be to overthrow SPLA and all its components from the reigns of power.
CMA-IO basic political objective and political ideology, political sociology, methodology, political philosophy shall usher democratic transformation in restoring “Trust” and confidence building measures, unity in diversity, cultural diversity or multiculturalism, national unity, national reintegration, non-ethnocentric, and detribalized “Republican” Movement that has not existed on South Sudan soil, with chosen vision to surgically usher or push for unconventional and practical national reunification, reconciliation, forgiveness, but to forget the past because those we who do forget the past are doomed to repeat them in the future. The Rt. Reverence John Hagee steer us through centuries, and learn from the mistakes of the past. He writes that “Those who fail to remember the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them in the future. History reveals humanity’s triumphs and failures, giving us a compass for the future.”
CMA-IO is a real and truly people’s movement or forum to ask, to seek and to find new tenable, reasonable alternative solution to the ongoing conflict in South Sudan for almost 5-year with no end in sight or the light in the tunnel through the good auspices of the UNSC or any third party neutral country that could become reasonable and relatively accommodating and acceptable to all the warring parties.
CMA-IO Calls on all South Sudan ese to embrace it their own product and all South Sudanese to become fishermen and peace Ambassadors of CMA-IO instead of war ambassadors that consumes all of us, our people, with national resources without exceptionalism, which we all wanted to put an end or the war puts all to an end. The US President John F. Kennedy, warned mankind that “to put war to an end or war puts mankind to end.”
Surely, we must and ought to admit all that the crimes of “Genocide” defined by the UN Prevention, punishment on the Crime of Genocide (UNPPCG), the UN Charter, the international law, international humanitarian law, human rights law, and human rights protection as the gravest and the greatest crimes against humanity has been committed against the Nuer ethnicity which was later on expanded to other nationalities by the Dinka led wicked and genocidal, illegitimate and de facto regime in Juba as a mean of resisting change in Africa’s young country.

Our first and foremost objective is not revenge, but how to get rid of Salva Kiir’s genocidal, barbaric, cannibal-like and wicked region in Juba and the rest will be added. Surely, CMA will usher reunification, reintegration, reconstruction of the national infrastructures destroyed by Salva Kiir‘s regime reign of terror

CMA-IO is declaring that we are all equal, and that we are defined by rights that we are born with, not given to us by government. Among those rights is the right to pursue happiness–to live our lives as we think best, as long as we respect the right of all other individuals to do the same. CMA-IO also declared that governments are created by people to secure their rights. Whatever powers government has are not “just” unless they come from “We the People “(CMA-IO)
THE FRENCH, THE AMERICANS THE RUSSIAN BOLSHIVKS, THE CHINESE, AND THE AFRICAN NATIONAL LIBERATION MOVEMENT FOUGHT THE REVOLUTIONS BY WAY OF THEIR MILIIAS CITIZENS.
The population of France in the 1780s was about 26 million, of whom 21 million lived in agriculture. Few of this owned enough land to support a family and most were forced to take on extra work as poorly paid laborers on larger farms. There were regional differences but, by and large, French peasants were generally better off than those in countries like Russia or Poland. Even so, hunger was a daily problem which became critical in years of poor harvest and the condition of most French peasants was poor. It took French citizens to bring justice for its Righteous, and judgment for the wicked. No difference than the Russian Bolsheviks revolution, African revolutions and /or many other revolutions fought for same reasons.
CMA-IO welcomes and in alliance with any countries who support us for same reasons. CMA-IO would assimilate with cross-cultural economic trade for betterment of international and national benefits. CMA-IO views that cross-cultural awareness would bring political closeness by way of holocultural studies or comparative studies, with specialization in anthropology and sister sciences of sociology, psychology, economics, are all in conjunction with political science for advancement of humanitarian blessings not to war nationally or internationally.
Those who support CMA-IO to achieve its Constitutional goal, we will be successful to open our doors to our allies to benefit from our ecological wealth. Why militia is necessary? Because we do know that history dictates same revolution experience. We all have suffered without benefits. That has been done with by way of design or inadvertence? If it is by the former, then, the effect felt by the later, meaning that the design is adversary. It is resolved by designed justice from suffering, and judgment to amend the adversary(s).
Now we all understand and in tacit agreement why it necessitates reckoning with the CMA-IO, we all have common experience and common cause. Our experienced are shared with history repeating itself as mentioned herein. CMA-IO is the Constitutional government constituting Ten Sovereign States of South Sudan’s citizen’s militia the federal minutemen.
Side Bar: All the SPLM/A IO, SPLM-IO, SPLA-IO, SPLM / SPLA-IO are fighting among themselves as we speak, and many of them either are killed or wounded without medical aid. The result of the faction war, many who survived are joining with the CMA-IO under one umbrella. Soon we all will realize that the existing purported government days are numbered and diminishing to give way for our victory. Yes! Justice to the Righteous and Judgment to the Wicked is inevitable. Without UN involvement, may God have mercy on the Wicked?
THE NUER UNITY FIRST
Congratulations on both Changson Law and IO group for having a vision to withdrawal from the so-called Alliance or Collision framed by Dr. Lm Akol’s and company to hijack Nuer leadership this time around. Let there be no repeat of the 1991 events in the once invincible Marxist-Leninist SPLM/A perpetrated by Dr. Lam Akol with his big cash from Khartoum. It was Dr. Lam Akol’s strategic plan that divided the Nuer-Dinka unity, to propagate, and to castigate anti-Machar’s sentiments. The Nuer is solidly “United” and the Nuer of today is not like the Nuer of yester years. They have become enlightened, above average educated and exposed to international affairs like anybody else in South Sudan and Africa in general. Dr. Lam Akol, Costello Garang Ring Lual, and others are real appendices of Juba. Their Secret strategic plan or mission has been designed to divide and conquer the Nuer and to lure General Peter Gatdet Yaka to Juba to be slaughtered by Salva Kiir likes a ram (roam/diel). This is the same scenario that Dr. Akol’s killed General Gabriel Tang in Kuek. We urge and appeal to all Nuers friends and foes alike to be united and to urge General Peter Gatdet never ever to dream of returning to Juba because that could be termination of his life, unfortunately. All Nuer folks should be “United” in order to put our house in order. This is our time to lead South Sudan no matter what happens it’s our time. The Jieng have failed the game of nation building process completely and absolutely. They have become obsolete. If the Nuer folks were to have done what they [Jieng] have done, they[Jieng]would be rejuvenating and dancing in the streets sarcastically saying that “Have we not told you so that the Nuer would destroy South Sudan.” This was one of the negative legacies of the late Dr. John Garang. Of course, such a negative legacy has now boomeranged on the Jieng, unfortunately. Who destroys South Sudan-Now-the Jieng or the Nuer? The Jieng did it and the Dinka Bor in particular. So this is now Nuer’s time to step on the political saddle to rule South Sudan through social justice, equality, democracy, peace that breeds social justice across the board and Social justice that breed peace as well. We could form a government that is representative and participatory and non-tribal, would accommodated all 64 different nationalities that have rights to be represented and to participate in the political process. What the Jieng did, the world and the people of South Sudan should be rest assured that never again to be repeated. We should all have senses of patriotism, senses of belong, and social discrimination or Affirmative Action would become a gauge to equality, to representation and to participation.
Historically, people come and go. A man may die, nations rise and fall, but the idea leaves on. We urgently call for the South Sudanese to reunite their ranks and files in order to declare a comprehensive and inclusive, de jure and legitimate Federal Government of the Republic South Sudan (FROSS) in exile and in all liberated areas throughout South Sudan. If Machar’s could not lead, another Nuer intellectual could sit on the Saddle in the front seat this time around since we have so many of them around worldwide. Madam Angelina Machar’s inexperienced, under qualified and without good quality character and values should step down in the quest of the Nuer leadership. Dr. Machar’s promoted her to positions that she does not deserve and have no any experience at all. Succinctly, Dr. Machar’s could not any longer become the IO leader because he terminated by his brother-in-law Taban Deng on Friday,8 July 2016 and made the movement to become a family affair comprises of his immediate families and the sycophants whose ambitions and purposes how get the money from hand to mouth. We would not want to have another Mrs. Imelda Marcos of the Philippines in South Sudan and the Nuerland that has been paternalistic for generations after generations. we do feel sorry for those Nuer leaders like John Joak, Dr. Riek Gai Kok, Timothy Tot Chuol, Gabriel Yoal Dok, Mario Dhour (Abul Rabo)…etc. because of their differences with Dr. Machar.
There was no raison d’être to quit the Nuer Community. We should have messed it up with Dr. Machar’s from within as a tyrant and his families within the Nuer Community. We are the enlightened and the most privileged ones to guide and to lead or to steer forward our community. We cannot take our community to undergo into the graveyard because of one man negative and failed idea- that’s Dr. Riek Machar’s sitting on billions of dollar hidden accounts in Poland. We are in the majority and had the power to remove Dr. Machar’s from the leadership. I have done this from within and it has worked. We opposed Dr. Machar’s from within and no matter what happens, we will remain opposing him as a failed leader that has not offered anything for the last 5-year of war to his soldiers and may their souls and spirits of the dead would haunt Dr. Machar’s even in his own graveyard should anything happens to me. We should not be cowards to run away from problems, but we should become of the solutions rather than to become part of the problem. We urge and appeal to those that left the Nuer Community of because of Dr. Machar’s dictatorship and tyrannical rule, to return to our beloved community to Dialogue par cum pari (equal) with Dr. Machar’s who is now in castration in South Africa and could not return sooner or never, unfortunately.
