Nov 19th, 2018(Nyamilepedia) — Family members of the late Captain Badr Abdulrahman Sule, brother to late veteran Abdulrahman Sule, are shocked by the passing on of their beloved son and now are pointing an accusing finger at the South Sudan government.
A relative, who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of reprisal, told Nyamilepedia on Sunday that the late Captain Badr Abdulrahman Sule died of suspected food poisoning, hours shortly after dinning with government officials at the Presidential Palace in Juba on the 15th of November.
“They called him for an emergency meeting held on November 15th in J1, but the meeting was abruptly postponed and they drank tea together, before he had driven himself home and later died because of poisoning in the tea that they served him in Juba” the source revealed.
The source disclosed that a few hours later after the stomachache was unbearable, he was swiftly rushed to hospital where he got examined and the medical results shown that the condition was caused by “foodborne” illness but the doctor failed to conduct further postmortem examination.
“Yes he lasted a hour after the tea he drank during the emergency meeting , then he started to complain stomachache and was taken to the hospital where the doctor said he had been poisoned and refused to do further autopsy because he was forced to stop performing on the patient” the source told Nyamilepedia on the condition of anonymity.
Captain Badr Abdulrahman Sule is a younger brother of the late renowned Politician Peter Abdulrhaman Sule who went missing on July 24 2015 while he was seeking refuge from Kiir’s government in the neighboring Uganda.
Nyamilepedia could not independently verify and authenticate the alleged claims of the food poisoning illness.
