” The meeting also discussed issues to do with establishment of the Hybrid Court for South Sudan and that the cabinet in a resolution has directed the minister of Justice to lead a technical committee to engage with the AU [African Union] to establish the Hybrid Court for South Sudan”, it added.
Since support of the International Community for South Sudan is declining gradually, Machar who doubles as leader of the main opposition group in the country reiterates his call for International Community to continue supporting the peace agreement in the country.

The First Vice President further reiterated that the issue of Security Arrangements remains one of the challenging concerns that are derailing the Revitalized Peace Agreement.
The forces of the SPLA (IO) have been at training camps for more than a year now and so far no graduation has taken place despite promises by President Kiir to graduate the Unified Forces.
