Time for President Salva Kiir to exit peacefully is now.
My recommendation for President Salva Kiir to exit peacefully,
August 11, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —— Following the current total economic collapse in South Sudan and death of 2015 peace agreement which has now resulted to high inflation rate, high cost of living, non-payment of salaries for several months for military, organized forces, civil servants and embassies, restriction of movement of humanitarian Aid workers and UN to the needy areas, high death rate among infants, elderly men and women due to lack of provision of essential drugs and delays in the distribution of relief items, increased number of people under detention without trial by the government of South Sudan, oppression ,closure of media houses and silencing of the freedom of media, raping of women and looting of their properties by the South Sudan army in many parts of South Sudan, displacement of many South Sudanese both internally and in the neighboring countries in big numbers, presence of more active armed groups in the country;
We SPLA/M IO recommend that President Salva Kiir vacate the de facto office in Juba to turn over the country to a Pro-Tempore President who should come from one of the smallest non Dinka tribes in South Sudan and provide save exit to President Salva Kiir and his family, entourage, and bodyguards with a free passage to either his own state of Warrap or a friendly foreign country of his choice. The Pro-Tempore President will then form an all-inclusive caretaker technocratic government, whose duty will be to declare permanent ceasefire, sign a new peace agreement with all armed groups and political parties, restore peace, prepare and organize elections and lead the country to democratic elections within an agreed upon period. This is how President Charles Taylor of Liberia left the country and allowed peace to prevail in his country. This can easily be done with support of UN, IGAD and African Union. Time for President Salva Kiir to exit peacefully is now.
