The Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) Will Sign a Crude Oil Deal within (90) Days to Free the Marginalised Ethnic Communities in South Sudan

Public Statement,

April 29, 2017 (Nyamilepedia) —— The Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) will sign a crude oil deal with one of its allies to free the enslaved, marginalised, dinkanised, and the forcefully kiirised Ethnic communities in South Sudan within (90) days starting from the date that has been written above. The petroleum company that will be signing a crude oil agreement documents with the (DTCNS) will not be disclosed to the social media because we are guided by our common core values. We believe that confidentiality is very crucial in our newly created governing council.

The (DTCNS) decided to sign a petroleum deal to rescue the marginalised ethnic groups and also to provide full protection to all unarmed groups in the country. The new transitional council will fight against all forms of the crimes such as  theft, armed robbery, bribery, fraud, murder, assassination, looting,  trespassing, sexual assault, bullying, smuggling, drink-driving, reckless driving, destruction of the wildlife habitat, burning of villages and bushes, recruitment of underage boys and girls, forced child marriages, and other unlawful activities such as tribalism, racism, sectarian tension, marginalisation, slave trade, dinkanisation, and forcible kiirisation. The Democratic Transitional Government for the National Salvation (DTGNS) will build the infrastructure  such as railways, roads, power plant, fire breaks, foot paths, recreation and sport centres, disabled community centres, orphan homes and women refuges, public housing for low-income earners, childcare centres, public schools and hospitals, domestic and international airports, national and regional parliaments, ministerial offices, police academies, war colleges and military barracks, wildlife conservation centres, public commercial homes and offices,  hotels and  public shopping centres, just to mention a few. The oil revenue and the money donated by the international donors will also be spent on the prevention and the treatment of the curable diseases for example, malaria, typhoid, cholera, meningitis, syphilis, gonorrhea, elephantiasis, measles, diphtheria, whooping cough, influenza, small pox, tuberculosis, lung cancer, liver cancer, diabetes, skin cancer, and other treatable diseases.

The crude oil refinery pipeline will automatically relocated itself to another country’s port after the reaching of the upcoming petroleum deal for the number of reasons. Firstly, the present regime in Khartoum doesn’t want to see sustainable governance in South Sudan. It keeps on fighting for immediate re-union of the two Sudan.  Secondly, the Dinka National Council of elders (DNCE) had already switched into the vision of the united secular democratic Sudan because it is gradually losing the control of the youngest nation to the South Sudan freedom fighters. The establishment of the Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) has strengthened the South Sudanese rebels. Thirdly, the existing regime in Sudan continually provides maximum indirect political support to the current military junta in Juba because the (DNCE) formally accepted the full reunification of the two neighbouiring nations following the outbreak of the first phase of the South -South civil war. The source stated clearly that Gen. Mayardit of the (SPLA-IG) will be reappointed into the position of the First Vice-President after successful re-unification and integration of forces. Fourthly, the current government in Khartoum totally rejected the demarcation of the North-South borders after the separation of the South Sudan from the North so that Sudan will remain undivided.  The fifth one, the present regime in Sudan keeps on working harder against the implementation of the democratic strategies in Africa and the World in general. It has strongly allied itself with Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, and other communist nations to discourage the advancement of the democracy on our planet. The sixth one, all Southerners are consistently treated like narrow- mined people by their neighbours Northerners. They are unable to distinguish between the 19th and 21st century South Sudanese generations.

The government of South Sudan which is currently exclusively run by the Dinka National Council of Elders (DNCE) signed a crude oil deal with the Chinese petroleum organisation few years ago to displace and also to eliminate the non-Dinkas in South Sudan so that it will rule the newly founded country for more than 50 years.  The (SPLA-IG) receives the advanced military hardware from its allies in order to overcome the armed freedom fighters in the battle fields and also to eradicate the non-Dinkas through the barrel of the gun. On 15th of December 2013 the leader of the SPLM /SPLA named Gen. Kiir Mayardit authorised the mass killing of unarmed innocent Nuer civilians in Juba. A reliable source stated clearly that more than 21,000 Nuer civilians were massacred in front of the International Community (IC) by the radical SPLA-Dinkas to keep Mayardit in power for several decades. The survivors of this worst genocide were those who managed to rash to the (UNIMISS) compound in Juba for their safety. Gen. Mayardit also masterminded number of genocides in the three main regions of South Sudan for example, Greater Equatoria, Greater Upper Nile and the Greater Bahr el Ghazal Region to maintain his dictatorial  leadership in the country. According to the latest report that too many South Sudanese civilians were internally and externally displaced as a consequence of the ongoing tribal and fierce factional tensions.  Some of the civilians fled to the neighbouring nations for instance Sudan, Central African Republic (CAR), Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia in search of maximum security.

In short, the recently created Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) will sign a petroleum deal documents sooner with one of its friends within (90) days to rescue the enslaved and the marginalised ethnic groups in South Sudan. There is no point to delay the signing of the crude oil agreement with one of the ethical nations because the Dinka National Council of Elders (DNCE) continuously instabilising the country through autocratic leadership style.

The crude oil refinery pipeline that was extended into the Sudanese port will be relocated into another country’s port because the existing regime in Khartoum consistently fights harder for quick re-union of the two Sudan.
