A similar attack on young people watching English Premier League left at least 11 people dead and many others wounded when a gunman opened fire in the hall.
None of the attackers of the two incidents was arrested, however, police and security officials said investigation is still ongoing.
This is the first time the South Sudanese capital has experience these types of attacks in two consecutive days.
Coupled with ongoing conflict in many parts of the country, the security in Juba has deteriorated since July this year. While Women and girls are being repeatedly raped, World Food Program stores have been looted by the army.
Despite relative calm, attacks on diplomats vehicles, journalists and civilians also have been constantly reported.
